There is no age limitation to take part in the competition and the photographer wants to be a participant in the contest, will have a chance to show their photography. The Luis Valtuena International Humanitarian Photography Award is conducted by MÉDICOS DEL MUNDO and this year the contest is celebrating 20 years.
