NEET Application Form 2021 will be available issued by the National Testing Agency. From 13 July the NTA NEET 2021 application form was available. NEET Application Form 2021 - Who is eligible to apply?

It is really important for aspirants to check whether they are eligible for NEET or not. The Medical Council of India (MCI) made some changes for NEET UG; however, not all candidates received the changes. Thus, the revised NEET eligibility criteria 2021 are mentioned below:

  1. Nationality: Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRI), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Person with Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply for NEET 2021
  2. Age: Aspirants must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will be completing the same as on 31 December of the year of admission. Upper age limit for the candidates will be 25 years with relaxation of 5 years for reserved and PwD category
  3. Qualification: Aspirants should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English
  4. NIOS: Applicants who have completed their 10+2 from Open School as a private student are also eligible to apply
  5. Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 can also apply for NEET 2021

How to fill NEET 2021 Application Form

Step 1: NEET online registration 2021

The first step in how to fill NEET application form 2021 is online registration. First of all, aspirants need to register themselves to fill the NTA NEET 2021 application form.

  • Click on the link which will be provided on this page
  • In the redirected page, enter the following details: name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID
  • Aspirants also need to create a password as per the specifications and then confirm it
  • Once all these details are entered, an email containing NEET application number will be sent
  • After registration for NEET 2021 is over, applicants have to log in using the application number and create a password

Step 2: Filling up NEET application form 2021

In this step, candidates have to fill NEET application form 2021 by entering the details asked. Aspirants must note that the information filled should be correct and shall be as same as mentioned in the certificates. The details which must be filled in NEET UG application form 2021 are:

Basic Details for Registration: Enter the following details:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Mother’s and Father’s name

Choice of Medium of NEET Question Papers 2021: Here, aspirants need to choose the medium of question paper of NEET UG 2021 from all the languages available. NEET 2021 question papers will be available in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Malyalam, Odia, Bengali, Assamese, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi and Urdu

Choice of NEET Exam Centre: Candidates must select at least 4 preferences of NEET exam city 2021 as per their convenience.

Education Details: Here, the following academic details must be filled:

  • Class 10 details - Name of the school, Board name, percentage secured, total and subject-wise obtained etc.
  • Class 12 details - Details of marks secured in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English, school name, board name etc.

Residential Details: Candidates have to provide their permanent and residential address in NEET application form 2021

Step 4: Payment of NEET Application Fee 2021

The NEET UG application fee must be paid by candidates for successful submission. NEET application form 2021 will not be accepted by NTA without fee payment. The mode of payment and amount to be paid as NTA NEET 2021 application fee has not been made available yet.

If the payment will be done in online mode, then candidates can pay through Credit/Debit cards/ Netbanking or paytm. NEET 2021 application fee is given below

Step 5: Printout of NEET 2021 Confirmation Page

After the successful payment of NEET application fee 2021, a confirmation page will be generated on the screen. The same will also be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidate.

Aspirants are advised to take a printout of NEET application form 2021 confirmation page for future references. The confirmation page of NEET MBBS application form 2021 will be an indicator that candidate has filled successfully filled and submitted it.

Along with the NEET application form 2021 confirmation page, students must retain the following documents:

  • Proof of payment of application fee (bank transaction details supported by confirmation page)
  • At least 5 similar passport size photograph which was scanned and uploaded in NEET application form 2021
  • Copy of self-declaration form generated, in respect of candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) who have opted for 15% All India Quota seats

NEET Application Form 2021 Correction Window

The conducting authority will provide the facility to the candidates to correct/edit/modify the details in NEET 2021 application form. During this time period, candidates can make the changes to the certain information in the application form. The NEET correction window opened in August.   1. OTP (One Time Password): To get password using the OTP number, aspirants need to enter the registration number, name of candidate, date of birth and provided security pin

  3. Forget mobile number and email ID: In this method, aspirants need to enter the registration number, DOB and their name. Along with that, they also need to provide their father’s and mother’s name

Q. Is the NEET application fee refundable?

Ans. No, the fee for NEET application 2021 is non-refundable.

Q. I've made some errors while filling the NEET application form. How can I make the correction in NEET 2021 application?

Ans. After the submission of the NEET application form, NTA will provide a NEET application window. However, the changes are limited and the window will remain active only for some time.

Q. What are the documents that we need to send to the NTA office?

Ans. No, candidates are not required to send any hard copy of their documents or the application form to the address of NTA.

Q. I stay outside India and I don't have an Aadhaar Card. How can I apply for the test?

Ans. For candidates who don't have an Aadhaar card, they can enter their passport number in the NEET application form.

Q. How many times can I appear for NEET 2021?
