NEET Application Form 2019 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release NEET application online. It is expected that NEET application form will be available from 1 October 2018. NEET 2019 February application form will be available till 31 October 2018. Only the eligible applicants are advised to apply for NTA NEET 2019. NTA has replaced CBSE as the conducting body of NEET UG. Who are eligible for NTA NEET 2019?

It is really important for aspirants to check whether they are eligible for NEET or not. Last year, the Medical Council of India (MCI) made some changes for NEET UG; however, not all candidates received the changes. Thus, the revised NEET eligibility criteria 2019 are mentioned below:

  1. Nationality: Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRI), Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Person with Indian Origin (PIO) and Foreign Nationals are eligible to apply for NEET February and May 2019
  2. Age: Aspirants must have completed the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will be completing the same as on 31 December 2018. Upper age limit for the candidates will be 25 years with relaxation of 5 years for reserved and PwD category
  3. Qualification: Aspirants should have passed class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with an aggregate of 50% taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English
  4. NIOS: Applicants who have completed their 10+2 from Open School as a private student are also eligible to apply
  5. Candidates who are appearing for their class 12 can also apply for NEET 2019

Before filling the application form of NEET February 2019, aspirants must keep the following documents/things ready beforehand:

  • Computer/laptop with good internet facility
  • A valid email ID
  • Valid mobile number
  • Class 12 and Class 10 details

Step 1: NEET online registration 2019

The first step in how to fill NEET application form 2019 is online registration. First of all, aspirants need to register themselves to fill the NTA NEET 2019 application form.

  • Click on the link which will be provided on this page
  • In the redirected page, enter the following details: name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID
  • Aspirants also need to create a password as per the specifications and then confirm it
  • Once all these details are entered, an email containing NEET application number will be sent
  • After registration for NEET 2019 is over, applicants have to log in using the application number and created password

Step 2: Filling up NEET application form 2019

In this step, candidates have to fill NEET February application form by entering the details asked. Aspirants must note that the information filled should be correct and shall be as same as mentioned in the certificates. The details which must be filled in NEET UG application form 2019 are:

Choice of NEET Exam Centre and slot: Candidates must select at least 3 preferences of NEET examination centres 2019 as per their convenience. Along with that, aspirants also need to choose a day and a slot from 8 different sitting according to their preferences

  • Class 10 details – Name of the school, Board name, percentage secured, total and subject-wise obtained etc.

Step 4: Payment of NEET Application Fee 2019

The NEET UG application fee must be paid by candidates for successful submission. NEET application form 2019 will not be accepted by NTA without fee payment. The mode of payment and amount to be paid as NTA NEET 2019 application fee has not been made available yet.

If the payment will be done in online mode, then candidates can pay through Credit/Debit cards or net banking. In case the NEET 2019 application fee will be samelike last year, it will be:

Step 5: Printout of NEET 2019 Confirmation Page

After the successful payment of NEET application fee 2019, a confirmation page will be generated on the screen. The same will also be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number of the candidate.

Aspirants are advised to take a printout of NEET application form 2019 confirmation page for future references. The confirmation page of NEET MBBS application form 2019 will be an indicator that candidate has filled successfully filled and submitted it.

Along with the NEET application form 2019 confirmation page, students must retain the following documents:

  • Proof of payment of application fee (bank transaction details supported by confirmation page)

  1. OTP (One Time Password): To get password using the OTP number, aspirants need to enter the registration number, name of candidate, date of birth and provided security pin
  2. Through security question: In order to retrieve the password through the security question, aspirants need to      enter their registration number, name, DOB, security question filled and answer to that question
  3. Forget mobile number and email ID: In this method, aspirants need to enter the registration number, DOB and their name. Along with that, they also need to provide their father’s and mother’s name

About NEET 2019

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – NEET 2019 will be conducted by NTA. As per the press conference by MHRD minister, Prakash Javdekar, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is not the conducting authority of NEET 2019. The exam will also be conducted in a computer based mode. NEET UG 2019 will be held in two sessions – February and May with 8 different sitting in per session.
