UPCMET 2016 Syllabus for Admission in MBBS First Year for academic year 2016-17 respectively in UPCMET Participating Colleges 2016. It gives admission to eligible candidates who have passed 10+2 level examination or at present studying in Class 12 or equivalent. UPCMET 2016 Application Process began on October 20, 2015. Last date for receipt of filled in UPCMET 2016 Application Form is May 11, 2016. The entrance exam will be held on May 30, 2016.
UPCMET 2016 has two papers:
- UPCMET Paper 1: Pysical and Biological Science
- UPCMET Paper 2: General English
UPCMET 2016 Merit will be based on UPCMET Paper 1 score whereas Paper 2 is only a qualifying exam.

Paper II: GENERAL ENGLISH (Qualifying Paper) Syllabus
UPCMET 2016 syllabus for General English
The questions will be based on Grammar, spelling, simple tenses, prepositions, conjunctions, determiners including adjectives, voices, word meanings, correction of sentences, fill in the blanks, uncommon words, sentence completion, synonyms, antonyms, relationship between words and phrases.
Patterns and correct uses (parts of speech), syntax concord, articles, word formation, one word substitute, Vocabulary building, comprehension
