Uttar Pradesh Pvt Colleges MBBS Counselling 2016

Uttar Pradesh Pvt Colleges MBBS Counselling 2016 for all the NEET qualified candidates will start from September 3, 2016. The counselling will be for admission in MBBS First Year for the academic year 2016-17 in Unaided Minority as well as Non-Minority Member Colleges of Uttar Pradesh. The Allotment of Seats in Uttar Pradesh Pvt Colleges MBBS Counselling 2016 would be on the basis of NEET ranks.

The candidates who have applied for counselling and paid the counselling fee and also submitted their NEET score have to appear in counselling as per the following schedule:

Uttar Pradesh Pvt Colleges MBBS Counselling 

 
Uttar Pradesh Pvt Colleges MBBS Counselling will be conducted in two rounds, starting from September 3 to 24, 2016. The important dates related to both the counselling rounds is notified in the given table. The allotment of seats in all the counselling rounds will be done in accordance to the reservation policy by the Government of Uttar Pradesh (details are given towards the end of the page).

U.P MBBS Counselling Round 1

The counselling (of the candidates who have qualified NEET 2016) for admission to the first year of the member institutions\colleges, will be done through both the Online as well as Offline mode.  

Mode 1: Online Counselling

In Online Counselling all the candidates have to lock their choices from anywhere over the internet. Seats will be allotted only after the verification of the Soft Copies of the documents uploaded by the candidates.

Step by Step process of Online Counselling: In Online mode of counselling, the candidates have to upload the scanned copies of the requisite documents, and online submit their choices of the member institutions \ colleges from the place of their convenience. A copy of the choice submission report is printed for the records of the candidates.

• Candidates have to submit their choice of preferences for admission in the member college.
•  While locking the choices, candidates have to take due care while giving preferences and in case of anomalies, they can EDIT the same before LOCKING. The choices once locked will not be allowed to change. Thereafter, PRINT the Choice Submission Report for your records.

• The Caste Certificate (in the case of OBC, SC, ST candidates only).

Mode 2: Off-Line Counseling

The Offline mode of counselling is organised at some specified counselling centres, wherein, the candidates submit the photocopies of the requisite documents after verification of the same from originals, and online submit their choices of the member institutions/ colleges. A copy of the choice submission report is printed for the records of the candidates and another copy duly signed by the candidates is kept in their respective files.

The On Centre Counselling would be conducted at different centres as required for those candidates who could not lock their choices through Online Counseling. The physical appearance of the candidate is mandatory at any of the following centres as per their convenience.

Documents to be carried

• Downloaded Mark Sheet / Rank Card of NEET 2016.
• Class 10 Marksheet & Certificate.
• Class 12 Marksheet & Certificate.
• If the marksheet is downloaded from the internet, please get the same verified from the Principal of the School from where Class 12 has been passed.
• Caste Certificate, if applicable.

SEAT ALLOTMENT RESULT & REPORTING

• The Result of the Seat Allotment will be declared on the official website, the candidates have to report to the allotted college/institute as per the schedule given in above table. 
• Thereafter candidates have to report to the allotted institution with the Seat Allotment Letter, all the original documents and the requisite fee of the allotted institution for the MBBS before the last date specified in the allotment letter.
