NEET Rank Letter 2018 – CBSE will issue the NEET 2018 rank letter from the second week of June. Only aspirants who will be included in 15% NEET All India Quota merit list can download NEET rank letter. To get NEET rank card 2018, candidates must enter their registration number, roll number and date of birth. A link to download NEET rank letter 2018 will be provided on this page.  CBSE has declared the All India Rank (AIR) and all India category rank for all the students. A copy NEET Rank Letter has been made available in the DigiLocker account of the students. The process to download the rank letter from DigiLocker is mentioned on this page. NEET rank letter 2018 will display the candidate's name, All India Rank, All India Quota seat rank, category rank, Aadhaar number, Registration number, NEET roll number and category. How to download NEET Rank Letter 2018 from DigiLocker?

As mentioned earlier, the copy of NEET rank letter has been provided at the DigiLocker. Aspirants can download the tank letter of NEET 2018 by following the below-mentioned procedure. 

  • Open the DigiLocker app or website
  • Create an account or sign in if already registered
  • Enter using the mobile number
  • Go to the profile page and enter the 12 digit Aadhaar number
  • Go to the 'Pull Partner Documents' by clicking on (plus) '+' 
  • From the drop-down, select the board i.e. 'Central Board of Secondary Education' 
  • Thereafter, select 'NEET Rank Letter' from the second drop-down
  • At last, NEET rank lettter 2018 will appear on the screen and to check it make sure that aspirants have their account registered

Who can download NEET Rank Letter 2018?

Only candidates who will secure the minimum qualifying marks in NEET 2018 can download the rank letter. For the year 2017, 15% All India Quota was the same as that declared by CBSE. For the better idea for candidates, the NEET cut off marks for AIQ is provided in the table below.

NEET Merit List 2018

CBSE will release the merit list of NEET 2018 along with the result on 5 June. On the basis of scores obtained in the examination, two separate NEET merit list 2018 for 15% AIQ will be prepared – All India list and All India Quota list. NEET 2018 merit list will include the NEET AIR of qualified candidates. If the marks of two or more candidates will be equal, then the tie-breaking method will be followed.

For the remaining 85% state quota seats, the concerned state counselling authority will prepare the NEET state-wise merit list 2018 based on the score of aspirant, eligibility norms and reservation criteria. Admission to MBBS and BDS government as well as private colleges will be done on the basis of rank.

About NEET 2018

National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the national-level medical entrance examination for admission to around 90,000 MBBS and BDS seats offered by medical as well as dental colleges across India. NEET 2018 exam was held on 6 May in pen and paper mode. NEET 2018 result will be announced on 5 June. After the declaration of result, MCC will conduct NEET counselling from 12 June 2018.
