Tamil Nadu Govt will soon start and set up IAS academies for civil services aspirants in all 32 districts of the state. A good news has come for the UPSC civil services aspirants from Tamil Nadu state as the Tamil Nadu government is going to set up coaching academies for civil services aspirants in all 32 districts of the state. Education Minister K A Sengottaiyan, Tamil Nadu state government has said that the state education department will soon start coaching academies in all the 32 districts for the aspirants going to appear in IAS/IPS examinations. Coaching will benefit the students belong to the poor and middle-class family in the bid to clearing the UPSC exams and get good ranks.
About the UPSC Civil Services Exam
Civil services (prelims) exam (objective type) is conducted to select the candidates for mains exam (written and interview) and the mains exam is conducted for the selection of the candidates for the various Civil Services and posts. Each year, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts all UPSC Civil Services examinations in all India level based. The UPSC has already declared the result for the preliminary examinations in the last week of July 2017. This year, UPSC mains exam will be held from 28 October 2017.
