The result date of JEE Main 2018 had been announced by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). JEE Main Result 2018 has been declared on 30 April 2018. To check the result, candidates must enter the roll number and date of birth. JEE Main Result date is the day on which JEE Main final scores are released by CBSE. JEE result will contain the name of the aspirant, subject-wise and total marks, percentile score, All India Rank and All India Category Rank. Top 2,24,000 rank holders are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2018. This year, around 10,43,739 candidates appeared in the pen and paper based test and total 11.5 Lac candidates registered in JEE Main 2018.
Latest Update: JEE Main Result 2018 has been declared today for Paper 1. Candidates can check the same from the link given here. JEE Main Paper 2 result was expected to be declared today but as it is not declared today, so it will be declared on the scheduled date i.e. 31 May 2018.
The false news was circulated in various media platforms alleging that some of the questions from JEE Main were asked from the 2016 mock test of Narayana Institute. Due to this false news and CBSE delaying the NEET admit card, the engineering candidates are worried about the declaration of JEE result 2018.
JEE Main Result Date Previous Year Trends
Last year JEE Main result was announced on 27 April 2017. What if JEE Main result is not as per expectation?
As now the result has been declared, students are able to view their score, rank and qualifying status for JEE advanced. If any student has not performed well in the exam or have received a score that was less than their expectation then they are advised to keep calm and accept the way it is. It must be noted that the candidate can attempt JEE Main for 03 consecutive years. Besides this, they can also appear for several other engineering entrance examinations.
