How to fill AHSEC Rechecking Form 2018?

If a candidate is making payment of AHSEC Rechecking 2018 of Answer Scripts through demand draft, then, the same must be kept handy as an aspirant must provide the details of DD in the online application form for the rechecking.
Step 1: Login Website: Click on the direct link which has been provided below to start Online Application Process for AHSEC 2018 Rechecking of Answer Scripts.
Step 2: Credentials: Clicking on the link as mentioned in Step 1, the candidate will be navigated to the registration page, where he/she must enter his/her credentials such as Roll, Number, Stream, Email Address and mobile number. Now, click on the ‘Next’ button.
Step 3: OTP: After entering all the credentials correctly, the candidate will be redirected to OTP verification page and he/she will receive OTP on his/her mobile. If OTP has been received, then, OTP received has to be entered in the mobile and hit the ‘submit’ button. If OTP has not been received, then, he/she can hit the ‘Resent OTP’ button.
Step 4: Entering Details: This step involves the following important things to do:
- After entering the correct OTP, the candidate will be navigated to the Online Application Page, in which he/she needs to provide all the details to fill up the application form online. All the special characters such as “!”#@$+-,+=<>_^{}~ are not allowed to be used in the application form.
- Now the candidate needs to select the subject(s) which he/she wants to apply for rechecking. A candidate cannot apply more than three subjects for rechecking. A candidate who wants to choose Biology as one of the subjects for rechecking, then, either ZOOL (Zoology) or BOTA (Botany) must be selected.
- If the candidate is a JEE applicant, then, the same needs to be mentioned and JEE Roll number should also be entered.
- Now, the candidate needs to upload a scanned/captured image (which must not exceed 50 KB) of his/her signature.
- Once, the candidate has filled up the AHSEC Rechecking 2018 application form correctly, he/she needs to click the ‘Proceed’ button.
Having provided all the details correctly, the candidate will receive a confirmation message. Now he/she needs to hit the ‘OK’ button on the confirmation box, after which, he/she will be navigated to the payment page. If he/she wants to stay in the AHSEC Rechecking 2018 Online Application Form, he/she needs to click Cancel button.
Step 5: Login: If the candidate is already a registered user, then, he/she must click on ‘Sign in’ button to get the page. Now he/she can login by entering his/her Username and password.
Step 6: Payment of fee: for AHSEC Rechecking 2018 can be made through three methods, viz. Online Payment which can be done through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/e-Wallet/Cash Card), e-Challan and DD. If the candidate opts to make the Online Payment through any of the modes mentioned above, he/she needs to click on ‘Next’. A candidate may opt for payment gateway for which he/she needs to click on ‘Proceed to Pay’ or he/she can click ‘Select Another Payment Option’ and return to the previous page.
If the candidate opts to make payment through Demand Draft, then, he/she needs to enter his/her DD details in the page and submit the same for which he/she has to click ‘Next’. To make payment through other option, he/she can go back to the previous page. The candidate has to write Application ID and mobile number on the backside of DD. The DD must be sent to the Secretary, AHSEC, Bamunimaidam, Guwahati – 781021 latest by the date specified.
Once the Bank Challan has been selected, e-Challan shall be generated. It is advisable to take a printout of the e-Challan and make the payment of the requisite amount at any branch of the Assam Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd. After making the payment, the candidate should keep a counterfoil of the challan for future reference.
