UPTU Counselling 2018

UPSEE Counselling 2018 Round 3 Result has been declared online. The UPSEE counselling schedule has been released officially for all the subsequent rounds of the counselling procedure. On 10 July 2018, AKTU released the UPSEE Seat Allotment Result Round 2. Only the candidates who have registered for the counselling can enter the UPSEE Roll Number and password to check the UPSEE Counselling Result for Round 3. The candidates can find the UPSEE dates on this page below. Officials have also released the seat matrix for all the courses. The UPSEE seat matrix includes the name of the college and the seats. The counselling would be done on the basis of UPSEE 2018 rank and candidates would be called for UPSEE Counselling for final admission as per the specified UPSEE Counselling Dates 2018. UPSEE 2018 Result has been declared on 30 May 2018. The physical presence of the candidate during the documents verification is mandatory.

UPSEE 2018 Counselling - Get Complete AKTU/ UPTU Counselling Details

The UPSEE Counselling process started from 25 June 2018. UPSEE 2018 Counselling Result for Round 3 has been declared online. The counselling schedule has been released by the Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. The candidates can check the UPSEE Counselling schedule given on this page. The UPSEE Counselling procedure for the allocation of the seats/ Branches is given below.

Seats will be allotted via counselling which is being conducted on the basis of the merit position of candidates in UPSEE 2018 and as per the eligibility criteria. The candidates are suggested to go through the steps given below:

• STEP 1: Register for the UPSEE Counselling by following the link given below.

• STEP 2: Pay the required to do online Submission of Registration Fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking.
• STEP 3: Upload their documents online and the document verification process will be conducted by AKTU.
• STEP 4: Fill the choices as per after the seat display procedure, and the subsequent rounds of counselling started.

UPSEE Provisional Seat Allotment Result

The Provisional Seat Allotment Result of UPSEE has released online and the candidates can check the Result by entering the application number and the password in the required fields.

UPTU Counselling Registration Fee

Registration fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking through login on the website. The Registration fee is as follows:

The candidates must note that this fee shall be adjusted against Institute fee at the time of admission in the Allotted Institute of the candidate. if the candidate is not allotted seat in any of the counselling rounds, this fee will be refunded. 

Document Verification for UPSEE 2018 Counselling

Document Verification would be done at the document verification centre/ counselling centre by AKTU. All the shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification (as per the State Rank) at the document verification centres/ counselling centres. The candidates are required to carry the following documents in original as well as photocopy.

UPSEE Documents Verification - List of documents

• UPSEE 2018 Admit Card
• UPSEE 2018 Counselling Letter
• Class 12 Mark Sheet
• Rural Weightage Certificate
• Domicile and category/reservation certificates etc
• Bank Draft: Candidates are also required to submit a bank draft of non-refundable counselling fee.

If the candidate fails to provide the valid category/ reservation certificate as per the specified proforma they will not be offered the advantage of the reserved category rather they will be considered in General Category. In case the candidate has passed Class 12 from outside of U.P., they have to produce the domicile certificate of their parents.

UPSEE Reporting Dates for Document Verification

Candidates are allowed to go to any document verification/ counselling centre in July 2018 as per their convenience. However, it is advisable to go to document verification centre as per the schedule which is given in the following table to avoid the crowd/ inconvenience. The reporting schedule for the document verification for the year 2018 has not been released yet. The dates provided below are tentative which is based on last year. It will be updated as soon as it is available.

AKTU UPSEE Counselling 2018 Allotment Dates

 Candidates can check the Round 1 dates for the events in the table below.

UPSEE Allotment Result and Confirmation of Seats

• A - Freeze: Candidate who is satisfied with the seats and do not wish to enrol in further counselling.
• B - Float: Candidate who wants to confirm his allotted seat permanently and further wants to enrol for up gradation)
• C - Withdraw: Candidate who is not satisfied with their seat and wants to withdraw admissions. Such candidates will be withdrawn from all the rounds of counselling and will be entertained in the Spot Round of counselling.

If a candidate is not allotted any of the seats in this round, he/she can choose from any of the two options given below.

• A - Float: If the candidate wants up gradation in the next round.
• B - Withdraw: If the candidate wants to withdraw his candidature and do not want to enrol in further counselling. 

Note: If a candidate does not choose any of the above options during the specified period, he/she will be automatically treated as WITHDRAWN from ALL the remaining rounds of counselling.

UPTU UPSEE Counselling 2018 

In this round, the vacant seats of the subcategory shall be merged into respective vertical categories. Thus, subcategories GL/AF/FF/PH seats will cease to exist from this round onward. However, main categories GEN/OBC/SC/ST shall remain into existence. Only following candidates shall be considered for allotment of seats in this round of counselling:

• The candidates who have not participated in UPSEE Counselling for the first round will have to Register afresh for this round of counselling.   
• All those candidates who got a Seat in 1st Round and opted for FLOAT option in 1st Round will be considered automatically for seat allotment in this round. Such candidates do not need to register again.
• All those candidates who could not be allotted any seat in 1st Round and have not opted for “WITHDRAW” option in the 1st Round will be considered automatically for seat allotment in this round

UPSEE Counseling 2018 - Round 3

 The third round of UPSEE Counselling will start from the 13 July 2018 for the candidates who have not participated or opted for the first or second round of counselling and All Float option candidates of the 2nd round who HAVE got or HAVE NOT got any seat.  The UPSEE Counselling schedule for the third year is given in the table below. UPSEE Round 3 Seat Allotment Result

UPSEE Round 3 seat allotment result will be prepared and released by the conducting body on its official website. The candidates can check their Round 3 Seat Allotment Result by entering their application number and the password in the required fields. UPSEE Counselling 2018 - Round 4

The fourth round of UPSEE Counselling will start from the 3rd week of July 2018. The candidates can check the important dates for the fourth round of UPSEE Counselling given in the table below. In this round, the vacant seats of OBC/SC Category shall be merged with GENERAL Category seats. Thus, All the vacant seats shall become GENERAL Category seats in this round.

Fifth Round of UPSEE Counseling 2018

The fifth round of UPSEE Counselling will start from the last week of July 2018. Dr A P J Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow has released tentative seat matrix for round 5 counselling process. The candidates can check the important dates for the fifth round of UPSEE Counselling given in the table below. The candidates who have been allotted any seat in the Round 1 to 4 will be kept occupied by the candidates till the completion of the 5th round of the counselling so that in case any seat is not allotted to such candidates, their previous seat remains with them.

There is no "Float" option present in the round 5 of the counselling, All the seats have been set to freeze. the candidates who wish to withdraw from the admission will be required to withdraw or take admission to the allotted seat until; 25 July 2018. 

UPTU Counselling 5th Round Allotment Result

The candidates who have appeared in the Seat Allotment process of Round 5 can check the UPTU Counselling of Fifth Round by following the link given below. The option to withdraw the admission will be available to the candidates of Round 5 from 3 August 2018 (12:00 PM). The option to withdraw the admission is also available to the candidates of Round 4 who neither took admission to the allotted college nor withdraw the admission at that time.

UPSEE Spot Counselling 2018 Schedule - Registration Started

Counselling for JEE Main 2018 and CMAT 2018 Qualified Candidates

Confirmation of Seats or UPSEE 2018 Seat Allotment 

• The candidate who is allotted a seat in this round, they have to confirm the allotted seat online at the official website from July 2nd week 2018. Once the seat has been allotted candidates are required to deposit a  Confirmation Fee online through the official website.
• If the candidate’s fee receipt is not generated online then they must report to the help desk with all the details of the payment failing which the allotted seat may be cancelled in the next round of counselling. 

Note: The registration fee for the candidates who wish to withdraw will be refunded in the same account after deduction of administrative charges with a rate of Rs 2000 per round of counselling in which the candidate has participated.

UPSEE Counselling Important Information 

All of the following candidates given below have been allowed to participate in the 5th Round of counselling as Fresh candidates by completing all the four steps: Registration, Fee Payment, Choice Filling/Locking and Document Verification in the 5th Round.

• Those who were allotted a seat in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Round but did not exercise their willingness options (Freeze, Float or Withdraw) in that round and have been treated automatically withdrawn by the system.
• Those who opted “Withdraw” option in any of the in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th Round.
• Those who have not registered till 4th rounds.
• Those who registered in any of the1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th round but did not pay the Registration Fee in that round.
• Those who registered and paid the registration fee in any of the1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th round but did not fill their choices in that round.
• Those who filled/locked their choices in any of the1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th round but did not complete document verification in that round.
• Those Candidates who participated in the 4th round of counselling and could not be allotted any seat in any round including 4th round and who have either opted for “WITHDRAW” option in the 4th round or have not exercised Willingness option in the 4th round of counselling.
