On 5 July 2018, the Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh released the first round result of UP NEET Counselling 2018. Candidates can check the UP NEET counselling result for round 1 by clicking on the link provided below. To download UP MBBS counselling round 1 result, aspirants need to enter their course, roll number, NEET application number and provided captcha code. Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of candidate’s NEET Rank, preferences of colleges as well as courses and seats available. These shortlisted candidates are required to report the allotted colleges and complete the admission process. Such shortlisted candidates can download the UP NEET counselling seat allotment letter from 6 to 11 July 2018.

What to do after announcement of UP NEET Counselling Result 2018?
After the announcement of UP NEET Round 1 Counselling Result 2018, the shortlisted candidates are required to report at the allotted colleges along with the necessary documents. Only after successfully submission and verification of documents, UP MBBS and BDS admission will be granted. However, if candidates are not satisfied with the allotted MBBS or BDS college, then they can apply for UP NEET round 2 counselling.

Candidates must make sure that they carry the following documents to the allotted colleges to complete UP NEET admission process -
- One valid ID proof
- Eight passport size photographs
- NEET admit card
- Class 10 and 12 certificates and mark sheets
- NEET rank letter

Who can apply for UP NEET Counselling Round 2?
After the completion of UP NEET counselling round 1, DMET will conduct the second round. Interested and eligible candidates can start applying for UP NEET round 2 counselling rounds. The following group of candidates are eligible to apply for UP NEET counselling round 2 -
- Students who registered for round 1 counselling of UP NEET but not were shortlisted for the first counselling round
- Shortlisted candidates whose seats were cancelled due to the cancellation of seats at the time of counselling
- Candidates who upgraded their seats, which was allotted to them in round 1
