UP NEET Counselling 2018 (upneet.gov.in) - Round 1 Result Announced 

UP NEET Counselling 2018 - Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) Uttar Pradesh has released UP NEET Counselling 2018 result of the first round. The UP NEET round 1 counselling result is available online in a pdf format. List of candidates’ name and the allotted MBBS and BDS colleges are mentioned in the UP NEET counselling result. Seats into the MBBS and BDS colleges of UP are granted to these candidates on the basis of their NEET rank and Merit. If candidates are not satisfied with the allotted institute, then they can upgrade for UP NEET round 2 counselling. The other shortlisted candidates must report at the allotted college to complete the admission process. There are around 5274 MBBS and 1000 BDS seats offered by the various colleges of Uttar Pradesh. UP NEET Counselling Result Round 1 - Released

The result of round 1 UP NEET counselling 2018 has been announced. Candidates included in the merit list and filled their choices within the stipulated time can download the UP MBBS counselling result for round 1 by following the procedure below:

Directorate of Medical Education and Training, UP, is conducting UP NEET Admission 2018 for the candidates want to get admission in government and aided MBBS and BDS colleges in Uttar Pradesh. The candidates scored required marks in NEET 2018 can register themselves on the official website of conducting body at upneet.gov.in. The following are the procedure of UP NEET Counselling 2018:

• STEP 1: First, the candidates have to register themselves online by visiting the official website directly at upneet.gov.in or by clicking the link given on this page.
• STEP 2: The candidates can fill the registration form using their NEET-UG roll number and email ID which was used for AL-NEET-UG registration. Thereafter the candidates have to follow the instruction given on the screen.
• STEP 3: Now the candidates have to make payment of registration fee of Rs 1000 through online mode on the same portal. Payment can be made using a debit card, credit card or internet banking.
• STEP 4: Now the candidates have to generate a password which will be used during login. An SMS will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number to confirm successful registration.
• STEP 5: After making payment and completing the registration process, the candidates will get a Transaction no and Registration no and the candidates have to note down it because it will be used for Choice filling. The candidates are advised to take a printout of the same for future references.

UP NEET Online Choice Filling 2018

After the declaration of state-wise merit list, the candidates have to complete choice filling process using the simple steps given below:

• STEP 1: First, the candidates have to go for generating an OTP using Registration No and Transaction No.  An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
• STEP 2: The candidates have to enter the OTP on the official website and have to create a pin.
• STEP 3: Now the candidates have to follow the steps to complete a choice filling process. After completion of the choice filling process, the candidates have to submit and lock the choice filling form.
• STEP 4: Choice filing will not be complete till you finally submit and lock. No changes will be possible after locking the choice. After which the result of the round 1 will be declared online.

UP NEET 2nd Counselling Round 2018

Online registration UP NEET 2nd Round of counselling will begin after the completion of round 1. The candidates can register themselves online on the official website of UP NEET or they can click the link given on the page. The candidates who have not registered can apply from the first week of July 2018. Along with that, aspirants who have not paid the registration fee amount can register themselves by making payment of the registration fee as per the schedule has given above. the candidates who have registered earlier are not required to register again.

UP NEET Seat Allotment (2nd Round)

Seat allotment will be declared as per the schedule is given on this page. The candidates allotted seats will have to follow the process given below:

• The candidates have to log in using Registration No and Transaction no. The candidates will be able to see the seat allotment status on the screen.
• If the candidates accept the allotment they will be asked to pay a refundable fee as under:

UP NEET Counselling 2018 Important Points 

• Once the online payment process is done, the candidates can download the allotment letter.
• The candidates who have successfully submitted the security fee of Rs 20,000 in State Medical Colleges and Rs 2 Lakh in the private colleges at the time of the Round 2 counselling need not submit the fee again.
• The candidates who have not submitted the security fee are required to come along with the demand draft of Rs 20,000 for admission to State Medical Colleges and Rs 2,00,000 for admission to private medical colleges. the demand drafts are to be made in favor of "Director General Medical Education & Training, U.P.Lucknow" payable in Lucknow.
• The candidates who do not accept the allotted seat will remain eligible for next round of counselling. The claim for refund of the security deposit will be forfeited if the candidates do not join the course after allotment or resign after the course after admission.
• The candidates selected for final admission will have to submit the required documents at the time of counselling for certificate verification. The candidates belong to physically handicapped category must produce the physically handicapped certificate (issued by constituted Medical Board) at the time of document verification.
• The candidates who fail to produce any required original documents at the time of document verification, falsification of facts comes to light at the time of admission. Such candidates will not be entitled to any benefit having appeared in the entrance examination during the course.
• The option once exercised by the candidate in the online counselling cannot be altered under any circumstances.
