MMMUT Admit Card 2018 - Download Malaviya Entrance Test Admit Card

MMMUT Admit Card 2018 for B.Tech/ MBA/ MCA/ MTech / PhD exam is available to download from 30 April 2018, candidates can download Malaviya Entrance Test (MET) admit card from this page. University will also send admit card to the candidates by Post. However, the original admit card will be made available to the candidates at the time of entrance test in the examination hall. In the case of non-receipt of admit card by post, the student can download MMMUT Admit Card 2018 from the official website of the University or from the link given on this page.

If any candidate is unable to download the admit card, they should contact the helpline or send an email as indicated on the website latest by 3 May 2018. The MMMUT admit card is available for candidates who have applied for the first year B.Tech./Second Year B.Tech./MBA / MCA / M.Tech. / M.Sc. Physics (Specialization in Electronics) / PhD. Candidates who are going to apply for MMM Gorakhpur admission in various courses can download MMMUT Admit Card from 30 April 2018.

To download the MMMUT admit card, the candidates have to enter the required details online and print the admit card on an A4 size sheet. This would be the final admit card for appearing in the MMMUT Entrance Exam. The candidates are required to verify all the details printed on the admit card and report immediately for any discrepancies they come across. To download the MMMUT Admit card, the candidate has to enter his/her Admission Form Number and Date of Birth in the window given below:

Candidates have to carry the downloaded copy of admit card on the exam day. The original admit card will be made available to the candidates at the time of entrance test in the examination hall.Candidates must make sure to paste his/her photograph and put the signature in the space provided and get the photo verified by the invigilator before leaving the examination hall

Unable to Download MMMUT Admit card 2018

If the candidate is unable to download MMMUT admit card, then they should send an e-mail to the respective authorities or dial their respective extension. Note that such steps should be taken on and after 3 May 2018.

Any plea or subsequent writing summarising the inability of the candidate to report to the examination hall due to unavailability of the admit card will not be accepted. The university has the sole right to debar such candidates to re-appear forthwith next year.

Correction of Errors in MMMUT admit card

In the case of any mistake in the admit card, the students should report it immediately to the concerned authorities for correction. After the details on the admit card are corrected the students can download the corrected version of MMMUT admit card from the official website. The centre once allotted will not be changed. In special circumstances, the change of centre may be permitted with the approval of competent authority after paying a fee of Rs. 500. It is important that each and every candidate preserves the admit card after the completion of the exam, as it would be required for smoothly processing the counselling and admission process.

Important Instruction for MMMUT Admit Card and Exam Day

• It is compulsory to carry MMMUT admit card to the exam hall and produce it in front of the invigilator as and when demanded. In the case of a no-show, the invigilator has the right to ask the candidate to leave the examination hall.
• The candidates are not allowed to carry mobile phones, digitalized calculators, digitalized watches, pagers or any electronic device capable of storage of data in binary forms.
• There is no provision enlisted to smoke or carry eatables in the examination hall, students would not even carry water bottles, subsequent arrangements would be made to cater to their needs.
• Make sure that you are using blue/black ink to mark on the answer scripts, no pen of other colours would be entertained.
