State Level MBA Entrance Exams 2018 conducted in different states of India have been listed in a succinct view. Unlike, National level MBA entrance exam like CAT, CMAT, and SNAP etc State level exams are conducted for the admission in the accepting score of the particular states. In many state-level exams, there is an eligibility criterion that only state domicile students are eligible for the MBA Entrance Exam. Not every state conducts a separate MBA Exam, however, in most of the state's Government MBA Colleges accept admission based on these exams. AP ICET - Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test

Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP IPCT) is state level Entrance Exam for both MBA and MCA conducted by the SRI Venkateswara University on behalf of AP State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The test is designed to measure the candidate's ability to think systematically, to use the verbal and mathematical skills and to assess his/her aptitude for admission into MBA/MCA program. This is an objective type test and the questions are of multiple choice. Based on the scores of the candidates in AP ICET, The students are given admission in the affiliated universities and colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

Registration Fees: The registration fee for AP IPCT is 450 rupees only.
Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be Andhra Pradesh Domicile. The candidate must have passed their graduation minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category).
Important Dates: AP ICET usually conducts their examination in the first week of March and examination of the same is conducted on the first week of May.

AP ICET - Complete Details

PGCET (Karnataka) - Post-Graduation Common Entrance Test

Post-Graduation Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). PGCET 2018 is conducted for the admission to the 1st year/1st semester full time/part time MBA/MCA/M.E./M.Tech./M. Arch courses and for admission to 2nd-year Lateral Entry to MCA Course in Government / University / Private Aided / Private Un-Aided professional educational institutions in the state of Karnataka. The examination happens in the Offline mode, and usually contain questions from English proficiency, general knowledge, Reasoning and general intelligence, quantitative analysis.

MP MET - Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board

Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board conduct MET for admission in MBA. In the examination, questions are objective type contain Reading Comprehension, Verbal and Writing Ability, Numerical Ability, Data Interpretation and Data Sufficiency. The entrance test is followed by group discussion and personal interview through which students get admission in the particular allotted colleges.

MAH CET is Maharashtra state Common Entrance Test to seek admission in MBA. It is conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State. It is computer based examination mainly contains questions from Logical reasoning, Abstract reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, verbal ability and reading comprehension.

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is a state level examination conducted by the Government of Odisha for seeking admission in MBA and other courses. The exam is pen and paper type and contains multiple choice questions.

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination is conducted by the Dr. A.P. J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for admission in MBA and various other courses. It is one of the largest technical universities in India.
