JEECUP Counselling 2018 - 4th Round of Counselling Result Declared!

JEECUP Counselling 2018 for admission in Diploma in Engineering / Management program in state polytechnic institutes has been started from 8 June 2018 by Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP). Seat allotment in Diploma in Engineering / Management in state polytechnics will be based on the rank obtained by the candidates, seat availability, reservation, filled choice.

Joint Entrance Examination Council Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has announced JEECUP Counselling 2018 dates for admission of the candidates qualified in the entrance examination held on 22 April 2018. JEECUP Counselling 2018 has been started from 8 June 2018. JEECUP Counselling will be conducted in as many as 4 rounds.

The entire counselling process will be proceeded by following steps

STEP 1: Registration:  The candidates have to register on the official website of JEECUP by following the link given below. The candidates have to register themselves using application form number and password which was created at the time of filling the online application form for JEECUP. After Registration, the candidates will have to pay the application fee.

Payment of JEECUP Counselling Fee 2018

The candidates selected for JEECUP Counselling 2018 will have to first register themselves on the official website of JEECUP. After registration, the candidates have to make payment of the counselling fee of Rs 250 (non-refundable) through online/offline payment mode such as credit card/debit card or Bank Challan. Now, the candidates have to proceed for choice filling by logging in on the official website. The candidates will see the option according to class, Institute and syllabus, they have to select option now.

STEP 2: Choice Filling: The candidates who have completed the registration process and paid the counselling fee have to complete the choice filling process by again logging on the JEECUP website (the link given above can be used).

STEP 3: Seat Allotment: Seat allotment will be based on the rank obtained by the candidates, seat availability, reservation, filled choice. Once the seat is allocated, the candidate has to pay seat acceptance fee.  

• Seat Acceptance Fee - Rs 3000

STEP 4: Document Verification: Now the candidates have to visit the first allotted institute for document verification. The candidates have to carry his/her all the Educational Certificates, Reservation Certificates (if applicable) and other required documents (all the original documents along with two set photocopied documents) for verification.  

STEP 5: Willingness: After seat allotment and document verification, the candidates have to pay seat acceptance fee of Rs 3000 and also have to give the option for freeze and float. 

• Admission in Allotted Institute: The candidates who completed all steps and also opted freeze option will be given admission in the allotted institute.
