KIITEE Counselling 2018- KIIT University

KIITEE Counselling 2018 will be started and conducted from 10 May 2018. The candidates whose Class 12 result is not declared by the day of counselling can attend the counselling with an undertaking to submit the result before the Counselling starts. The University will release KIITEE Counselling schedule for the extended rounds. Candidate must note that the venue and other details will remain same in the case of the extended round. On this page, the information about the KIITEE Counselling and the category-wise distribution of rank is given.

KIITEE Counselling Schedule 2018

The counselling Schedule is given here, the candidates have to attend the counselling as per the schedule. Counselling will be stopped as soon as all the seats reserved for the KIITEE 2018 are filled up. The physical presence of the candidates during the counselling is mandatory at the following venue on the specified date:

Auditorium Hall 
Campus – VI, Convention Centre

KIITEE Counselling Process 2018

• Counselling and seat allocation will be purely on merit basis, i.e. based on the performance in the Entrance Examination.
• As per the availability of seats in different courses, cut-off Rank for counselling will be notified. Candidates, having the rank above cut-off rank, shall be called for counselling.
• Candidates have to report at the counselling venue half an hour before the time of counselling.

KIITEE Counselling 2018 - Documents to be submitted 

During Counselling/ admission process the Documents will be verified. If the candidates fail to establish correctness in any of the documents, the candidates will not be considered for admission. Shortlisted candidates who have to attend the counselling must carry the documents in following original:

• KIITEE Admit Card
• KIITEE Rank Card
• Class 10 Pass certificate
• Class 12 Mark Sheet and Pass certificate
• Graduation Mark sheet and Pass Certificate only for MCA, MCA(LE), M.Sc. (Biotechnology/ Applied Microbiology)
• Diploma Pass Certificate and three years Mark Sheet (for Lateral Entry Candidates)
• B.Tech./B.E./ MCA/ M.Sc. or Equivalent Degree Certificate (For M.Tech./LLM/Ph.D Candidates)
• Relevant Certificate issued by the Competent Authority, clearly indicating the Reservation Criteria claimed by the candidate.
• GATE Score Card (for M.Tech. GATE Qualified only)
• School/College Leaving Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000 which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs.10,000 (Non-Refundable) in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee as per the fee structure is to be paid on the day of reporting.

KIIT Seat Reservation 2018

The KIITEE-2018 Quota Seats are distributed among different categories of candidates as follows. Separate Merit list will be prepared for each Category.

KIITEE Counselling Fees / Admission Fees 2018

Candidates have to carry a Demand Draft of Rs 75,000 which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000 in favour of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar. Balance fee is to be paid on the day of reporting before Result.

Break Up of the Fee: Rs 75,000 includes Rs 10000 as the Counselling Fee which is Non-Refundable. And the remaining Fee is, and the remaining Fee is adjusted towards the Books Expenses, Blazers and Laptop.

If in case the candidate withdraws the admission, then after deducting the Counselling Fee of Rs 10000, Rs 60000 will be refunded.

KIITEE Rank 2018 - Rank As per the Courses and Category

The university has released the KIITEE Counselling schedule, and the KIITEE Cut off Rank is decided as per the course and the category. Therefore, the rank as per the category-wise for all the courses mentioned above is given below. The candidates can check the rank for their category.

KIITEE Rank for B.Tech (4 Years) Course

The counselling schedule for the B.Tech (4 years) course will start from 10 May 2018, 8:00 AM and will be conducted till 12 May 2018.
