University of Queensland Women MBA Scholarship 2017

University of Queensland Women MBA Scholarship is only for International Female candidates taking admission in MBA Program offered at the University of Queensland. There will be 4 candidates selected for the University of Queensland Women MBA Scholarship will get a concession of 25% tuition fee for a period of 24 months. The applications for the scholarship are to be made separately from that of the admission application. The last date to apply for the scholarship is 31 October 2017 and there is no application fee for applying for the MBA scholarship.

The university of Queensland will offer Scholarship to Women candidates who will take admission in the MBA program. The scholarship will be offered to the selected women candidates for a period of 24 months. The details are as follow:

• Number of Scholarship: The scholarship will be offered to 4 candidates.
• Duration of Scholarship: The duration of the scholarship will be for 24 months.
• Benefit of Scholarship: The selected candidate will get 25% waiver in the Tuition Fee.

• Application Status: The applicant should have already submitted an application for MBA program and should be eligible to get an unconditional offer letter.
• Personal Statement: The student should provide a personal statement in 1000 words, the statement should answer the following:
  • Explain why you want to undertake the MBA at UQ Business School; and
  • Describe what value you think you will bring to your fellow MBA students; and
  • Outline your long-term career goals; and
  • Provide evidence of your leadership skills and community involvement; and
  • Outline how you will add value to the MBA program.
• References: The candidate should provide 2 references, one of which should be from recent supervisor and the other one needs to be a character reference.

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates are required to fill and submit the online application form only, There is no need to send the application form for the scholarship via post.

The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of their merit only, The given below are the characteristics that are to be determined at the time of the selection procedure. Scholarships are limited i.e. only 4 scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis. All scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the MBA Director whose decision is final.
