RMO 2016- Rajasthan Region

• RMO 2016- Rajasthan Region is the first stage of examination for the students who are willing to participate in International Mathematical Examination 2016 which will be organized in Hong Kong.
• On the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the RMO 2016 Rajasthan Region, a certain number of candidates will be selected to participate in Indian National Mathematical Olympiad.
  • From 2016, additional 5 girls will be selected to participate in the Second Stage of Mathematic Olympiad i.e. INMO 2017.
• The RMO 2016 Rajasthan Region will be organized on October 16, 2016, from 01:00 pm to 04:00 pm at the designated centers.
• The 58^th International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from July 12 to July 24, 2017.

The Last date to apply for the RMO 2016- Rajasthan Region is September 20, 2016 and there is a registration fee of Rs. 150 per candidate.

RMO 2016- Rajasthan Region Rewards

• The students who will be successful in RMO 2016 Examination will compete at the Indian National Mathematical Olympiad.
• Along with the certain number of students (approximately 30) selected on the basis of their merit, 5 additional girl candidates will also be selected to appear in the INMO 2017.

The application process of RMO Rajasthan region is completely offline and the applications are to be made by the means of the schools. The details of the application process are:

• Application Form: The applications are to be submitted offline by the interested candidates after getting the form attested by the Principal. 
• Examination Fee: The examination fee for the applicants is Rs. 150 per candidate. The payment of the amount can be done by a Demand Draft issued in favor of ‘REGIONAL COORDINATOR, INMO, DEPTT OF MATHS., University of Rajasthan’ payable at Jaipur.

Submission of the application form

The application form is to be submitted to the Director of the examination by the means of Speed Post or Registered Post on the address mentioned below:
