• Students of Odisha pursuing Post- Matric and Post-Secondary studies from the Nation Level Institutes are awarded Post Matric Scholarship and Financial Assistance (to ST only), application for the same has to be made through Prerana.

Prerana Scholarship 2019: Steps to Apply Online

• STEP 1:  The candidates have to enter their basic details for the registration to the Online Prerana Portal and click the submit button.
• STEP 2:  After the submission of the registration form, System will generate the user ID and a password which is to be used by the candidates for their future login. Note that.
• STEP 3: Applicants will now have the access to the Prerana Online Portal, where they have to upload their photographs and document and filled in Prerana Scholarship Application form.
  
• STEP 4:  Applicants have to fill the application form with the required accurate details, Along with that applicants also have to furnish their bank account details very carefully.
• STEP 5: Applicants have to upload the given below documents in the required format and size described below.
  • Photograph ( Not more than 200 Kb) in JPG/PNG/JPEG Format
  • Income and Caste Certificate ( Not more than 120 kb) in PDF format only
• STEP 6: Applicants have to update their Adhaar UID number within 2 months of applying for the scholarship which is mandatory to avail the scholarship benefits.  
• STEP 7: After successful fulfilment of all the required details applicants have to take the printout of the application form by clicking on the print the application button.

Prerana Scholarship 2019-20 Important Guidelines

• Applicants are advised to enter their Bank Account details very carefully as any ambiguity in information can lead to the wrong disbursement whose sole responsibility will be of the applicant only.
• Adhaar Card UID details are to be filled in before the submission and printout of the scholarship.
• Keep all your documents handy for example Matric and post-matric mark sheets, bank account details, soft copies of the documents to be uploaded.
