PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017

PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 program is conducted by Pepsi-Cola International Limited and opens for the participants of India, Pakistan, Thailand, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Philippines, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Republic of Korea and Thailand who are pursuing or have completed graduation or post-graduation degree or who have minimum 3 years of work experience. PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 is valid from 1 September till 30 November 2017 and the eligible teams (2 participants) can register themselves online. The PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 registration form must be filled and submitted latest by 6 October 2017. The winner of the PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 will be offered job and paid internship.

The participant who has formed a team of 2 members and want to participate in the PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 have to complete registration process within the deadline. The teams can register themselves only through online mode on the official website of PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge. The candidates can register their team by following the instructions given below:

• STEP 1: First, the participants have to visit the official website directly or by clicking the link given on this page and click on register button given there.
• STEP 2: Thereafter, the participants have to fill the online application form. The participants have to enter the name of the team, the name of members, nationality, email, mobile number, country residence, the name of the University/ College/ Business School, major, graduation year, details of employment (if currently employed), confirmation of age between 18 and 30. Thereafter, the participants have to click on “Register Now” button.
• STEP 3: Participants are not allowed to change any member of their Teams after registration.Also, there will be no registration fee for participation.
• STEP 4: After entering all the required details candidates have to click the submit button given below the application form. The application is to be filled and submitted in Online mode only, there is no provision to submit the application form in offline mode.

Application Form Submission

To participate in the PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017, the participant team have to submit a registration form and the participants can fill and submit the application form only through online mode. The participants have not to send any hard copy of the application form or qualification documents via post.

The teams participated in the PepsiCo Change the Game Challenge 2017 will be selected for rewards on the basis of performance by the participating teams. Internal and external panellist will judge the performances of the teams. The selection process will be conducted in 3 rounds which are mentioned below:

Round 1: Elevator Pitch & Business Case

Round 1 will be conducted in 3 following stages-

• Elevator Pitch Stage: Each team will have to address some task related to the case study in the Elevator Pitch. The Elevator Pitch is a short, creative and overview of the idea. Each team has to submit the elevator pitch via a link latest by 20 October 2017.
• Business Case Submission Stage: Based on the performance by the teams in Elevator pitch stage, the teams will be shortlisted for Business Case Submission Stage. The shortlisted teams will have to prepare a power point presentation which should not exceed 10 slides and 3 MB in size covering the following information:
  • How will the idea come to life?
  • What resources and human skills will you require?
  • What will your financial plan look like?
  • What will your marketing plan look like? Who will be your target audience?
  • How will your idea impact the environment?
  • What risks do you see in your idea?
  • Why will your idea continue to stay successful in the long term?
• Business Case Interviews Stage: Top 25 teams from each region will be shortlisted for Business Case Interviews on the basis of their performances in stage 2. The shortlisted teams will be informed via phone, webcast, Skype or video conferencing to appear in the Business Case Interviews.

Round 2: Region Interview Round

Based on Round 1 Performance, 10 teams from each participating country will be shortlisted for Region Interview Round. PepsiCo leaders, as well as external business leaders from India, APAC, and MENA Regions, will interview the shortlisted teams and the date of interview will be specified by the organizers.

Round 3: Sector Finals

The top teams from each participating country will qualify for the sector finals round which is scheduled to be conducted in Dubai. The top teams (1 each from India, MENA, and APAC Regions) will travel to Dubai win the sectors final rounds. The teams shortlisted for Sector Finals round will be informed via phone call and email and the selected teams will be required to confirm participation within 24 hours.
