National Genius Search Examination 2016

• National Genius Search Examination- 2016 popularly known as NGSE is a scientifically devised assessment tool to locate genius among children and is conducted by National Genius Search Foundation.
• NGSE exam can be taken by the Indian students as well as by Indian students studying abroad. The NGSE leads to the prestigious National Genius Awards. 
• NGSE is for students of Class 4 to 12 and is conducted in 2 stages
  • Stage 1: NGSE Mains 2016 will be held on Tuesday September 29, 2015 (application process is over) and Saturday December 5, 2015 (last date to apply is September 25, 2015)
  • Stage 2: NGSE Advanced 2016, will be held at selected centers across India and abroad on Sunday, February 28, 2016 for those who have cleared the NGSE Mains

Step 1: Deposit the Application Fee to Schools

Kindly Note: “*”indicates that the school has to print the question papers sent through email as password protected pdf files.

Step 2: Complete the School participation list

School participation list can be downloaded from the official website. Once downloaded fill in the details of the students.

Step 3: Remit the Fee Collected

Out of the fee collected, the school should retain the test administration expenses for the school and  balance fee should be deposited to the account of the NGSE administering agency.

The fee can be paid to the NGSE administering agency's account via any one of the three modes:

• Mode 1: By sending a Demand Draft / Multicity cheque, favouringEntrancemaster India Private Limited, payable at Mumbai.
• Mode 2: By depositing cash in the account of NGSE administering agency at any of the State Bank of India branches across India.
• Mode 3: By NEFT / RTGS / SWIFT/ Net banking to transfer the fee to the NGSE administering agency

Step 4: Forward the SPL and Fee

Kindly Note: Make sure that you have mentioned your school name, NGSF School Code, contact number and full school address with postal code on the overleaf of the draft. 

NGSE Main admit Card and Enrollment Number: NGSE Mains Admit Cards will be issued to the candidates through the school. Candidates can also collect their enrollment number from their schools. 

Venue of NGSE Mains: Participating School will be the host for NGSE Mains subject to a minimum of 100 students from the school. Incase there are less than 100 participants; the nearest center may be allocated by National Genius Search Foundation. 

National Genius Search Examination Selection Process

NGSE Mains 2015-16 Exam Pattern

• NGSE questions are mainly based on daily life experiences. 
• The questions do not follow a fixed structure or pattern. 

Results of NGSE Mains 2016 will be declared on January 26, 2016

Candidates who will clear the NGSE Mains Exam will appear in NGSE Advanced Exam. NGSE Advanced Exam will be conducted on February 28, 2016.

Results of NGSE Advanced 2016 will be declared on July 14, 2016
