Merit Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students Toppers

• Department for the welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities of Delhi invites applications from SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students Toppers of the 15 Institutions enlisted below.
• Students who have been Toppers in the final Degree level examination of Medical, Engineering, Professional and Technical Courses from the below given Institutions are eligible to make applications for the scholarship and the selection of the candidate will be done on the basis of the merit list.
• The application process is completely offline and the students need to deposit their application forms to the Principal of their respective Institutes.
• The candidates selected for the Merit Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students Toppers will get scholarship provided they are the students of the 15 listed institutions.

Merit Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students Rewards 

The selected candidate will be given Rs.8000 as a lump-sum amount

Merit Scholarship for SC/ST/OBC/Min. Students Application Process

The scholarship applications are to be filled by the candidates and deposited to the head of the institution in order to complete the application procedure. The details are as follow:

• Mode of Application: Complete application process is offline and the application forms can be downloaded from the official website. >> Click here to download the application form.
• Documents to be attached: In order to complete the application process the following documents are to be attached with the application for completing the application process:
• Self-attested copy of mark sheet of last examination passed.
• Self-attested copy of Caste Certificate
• Self-attested copy of Adhar card/ Ration Card/ Driving License etc.
• Details of Student’s bank account verified by bank authorities (It can also be a joint bank account with parents)

Submission of Application                    

The completely filled application forms are to be submitted by the students to the Principal of their respective schools as individual applications directly from the students will not be entertained. It will be the responsibility of the Principal to submit the application forms to Head of the Institution to which the same is affiliated.

The Head of Institution has to forward all the application with consolidated statement to before December 30, 2015:
