About ACST 2020

ACST 2020 Scholarship is offered by Aakash Institute for admission to the candidates preparing for engineering entrance exams, medical entrance exams and foundations courses through its Admission-cum-Scholarship Test (ACST). Aakash Institute is a coaching institute that offers coaching for engineering as well as medical entrance exams. It is one of the famous institutes among the students preparing for NEET and IIT JEE. Aakash Institute is present in 103 cities and has more than 170 branches across India. Aakash Institute is now conducting ACST which is the Admission cum Scholarship Test through which is available for the following courses. ACST is valid only for 1 to 4 years courses and is not applicable for short term courses.

The exam date for the ACST is given in the table below. The candidates can apply for the ACST Scholarship one day before the exam.

ACST is conducted on multiple dates and a student can appear only two times in ACST for seeking admission in a particular course.

ACST 2020 Reward

Aakash Institute will offer the concession to the candidates for coaching to crack medical exams, engineering exams or the Olympiads as the case may be.

The student is eligible for 10% to 75% Scholarship 

  • Aakash Medical Course Fee for 2 years - Rs. 3,82,000 (approx)
  • Aakash Engineering Course Fee for 2 years - Rs 2,78,000 (approx)

ACST 2020 Application form and Process

The Application process of ACST for all the above mentioned three courses has now started, and students should fill the ACST application form on or before the last date. The candidates need to know that the forms can be filled through online mode only.

Steps to fill the ACST Application Form

The step by step guide to fill the ACST Application Form is given below. The candidates need to follow the steps and fill the application form.

  • STEP 1: The candidates need to visit the official website of Aakash by following the link given below for each course. The application link is separately provided for each course.
  • STEP 2: The candidates after that need to fill the personal details such as Name, Email Id, Contact etc.
  • STEP 3: After filling the details mentioned above, the candidates need to select the course and the centre of their choice.
  • STEP 4: At last the candidates have to make the payment of the fee through the following method:
    • Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
    • Payment with wallets

Submission of ACST Application Form

After filling all the details and payment of the application fee, the candidates need to submit the ACST Application Form. The candidates make sure that they are filling the correct details in every section of the application form.

The important information about the related topics will be sent to the email id or the mobile number of the aspirants. Therefore, the candidates filling the form should ensure that they have provided the valid email id and mobile number.

ACST 2020 Selection Process

The selection of the candidates for the scholarship and admission to the medical, engineering and foundation course will be done by the selection committee and the decision of the selection committee for selecting the candidates will be final.

Aakash ACST Registration Started for NEET, AIIMS, JEE Preparation

Cut off for Direct Admission (Medical and Engineering)

  1. Those students who have secured minimum 85% and above marks in Science & Maths in previous class OR secures 70% marks in ACST OR less than or equal to 35000 Ranks in ANTHE can take direct admission in Four Year (in class 9) or Three Year (in class 10) Courses for Medical / Engineering, Olympiads & NTSE. 
  2. Those students who have secured minimum 70% aggregate marks in Science & Maths in class 9 / 10 Board exam of CBSE/ICSE or any other recognized Board can take direct admission in Two Year Courses for Medical / Engineering. 
  3. Those students who have secured minimum 70% aggregate marks in Science & Maths in class 10 or 70% aggregate marks in PCB / PCM in class 12 Board exam can take direct admission in One Year Courses for Medical / Engineering. 
  4. Those students who have secured minimum 65% aggregate marks in PCB / PCM in class 12 or 70% aggregate marks in Science & Maths in class 10 Board Exam can take direct admission (DA) in Short-Term Courses i.e. Crash Courses / Test Series Courses / Achiever Courses. 

Cut off for Direct Admission (Foundation)

Those students who have secured above 70% aggregate marks or B1 Grade in Science & Mathematics can take direct admission otherwise; he/she will have to appear in our Admission-cum-Scholarship-Test.
