1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest 2015

• 1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest is one of the largest online Climate Mobilization with the Model United Nations Volunteers Network (MUN-VoN) Nigeria, in collaboration with the international organization Care About Climate, Inc
• Candidates have a chance to Win $300 and get their voice represented at the 2015 International Conference of Youth on Climate change in the #1000Voices4Climate International Photo Contest.
• GOAL:  To Gather the voices and images of 1000 youths or more from across the World and then summarize their hopes and aspirations into A Video Documentary that will be presented at Conference of Youth on Climate change and through Care About Climate’s media in the build up to the COP 21.

1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest Reward

• $300 prize for the Best Photo Message with the highest number of votes as voted from across the Globe.
• Potential Ambassadorship Position with Care About Climate (USA)
• Chance to be among the Best 1000 that will be showcased in a video documentary at the International Conference of Youth on Climate change.

1000 Voices 4 Climate International Photo Contest Application Process

• Step 1:  Candidates have to simply take a photo of themselves with a Placard-bearing a message saying what YOU think world leaders should do to prevent climate change. 
  • Candidates have to include the Climate Symbol (Print, Digital, or Drawn) if they wish to though its not mandatory.

• Step 2: Candidates have to upload their picture to the #1000Voices4Climate Photo Contest page and own social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram).
  • Candidates while uploading have to use the hashtags #1000Voices4Climate. #CareAboutClimate and #RoadToParisCOP21 and hashtag "Your country” (for example, #Nigeria).
  • Make sure to hashtag #1000Voices4Climate or #CareAboutClimate to be submitted for the contest.
• Step 3: Candidates have to encourage their friends to Vote for their picture as the best message on the Care About Climate Facebook Photo Contest Page.
