The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board has released the WBJEE rank card on 23 May 2018. WBJEE result 2018 is available online, and a link to access the same is provided below. Around 1.25 lakh students appeared for the WBJEE 2018 on 22 April, in two different shift i.e. Paper 1 and 2. WBJEE result 2018 and ranks will be available for all candidates who have appeared in the test, however, not everyone will be shortlisted for the counselling rounds. Along with the result, WBJEE merit list will also be available. Candidates whose names are available on the WBJEE 2018 merit list will be eligible to appear for the counselling rounds. Separate WBJEE merit list will be available for admission for Engineering and Pharmacy courses of various institutes in West Bengal. To check WBJEE result 2018, candidates are required to enter their application number and password.

WBJEE result 2018 is an important document and candidates must keep the same safe until the conclusion of the counselling rounds. As mentioned earlier, WBJEE merit list will be available for candidates who have appeared for engineering and pharmacy entrance test. For the architecture programme, students must pass Class 12 with at least 50 percent.
The WBJEE Rank Card will provide the following details of candidates –
- Details of candidates such as Name, Roll Number, Date of Birth, etc.
- Candidate’s Rank - (GMR), (PMR), Category rank
- Sectional Scores
- Overall scores
The candidates who have qualified in WBJEE 2018 will be given ranks and shall be eligible for the counselling rounds of the participating institutes. The date for the commencement of WBJEE Counselling are yet to be announced, however, it is expected to start from second week of June.
