Scotland Minister announced 20 Scholarships for Indian Students on an official visit to India. The deputy first minister of Scotland “John Swinney” has come to India for the official tour where he announced the scholarship. A delegation of Scotland’s Higher Education Leaders is along with Swinney to share the message that the Indian students are welcomed by Scotland’s Universities. Scotland Minister said that “I am happy to announce these 20 scholarships. I am inviting the Indian students to Scotland for experiencing high-quality education, world-class research, and Scotland's distinctive culture."

The delegation named is India Higher Education Mission. Over £1million worth of scholarship will be distributed only to Indian students, ranging from £2,000 to £10,000 in fields of MBA, big data, medical technologies and food/ water.
