Sainik School Entrance Exam was conducted on 6 January 2019 for admission in class 6 and class 9 in various Sainik Schools in the country. The merit list for Sainik school admission will be released on 4 February as per the schedule. Due to some administrative reasons, the All India Sainik School Examination (AISSE) will be reconducted for Class 6 paper 1 for admission in Sainik School Rewa, Sainik School Satara and Sainik School Sujanpur Tira. The exam will be re-conducted on 24 February, and a separate admit card will be released on 8 February. Only those students who appeared in the exam on 6 January are eligible to appear in the Sainik School Re Exam, no fresh application will be accepted for the exam.
The syllabus and the exam pattern will all remain same for the Sainik school re-exam that will be conducted on 24 February.
The exact cause for reconduct of the exam has not been stated by the Sainik School society which conducts the Sainik School exam.

The old admit card cannot be used by the candidate and they will have to download the new Sainik School Admit card which will have the details regarding the test centre and the timing of the exam. If any candidate fails to appear in the Sainik school re-exam, then they will not be eligible for admission for this academic session.
Sainik School Result for all the other schools will be released on 4 February. the result will be delayed for these three sainik schools.
