NTSE Stage 2 Exam will be conducted on May 10, 2015 by NCERT. The scholarship program is recognised by the Government of India and NCERT is the official conducting body of the scholarship exam. Near about 4500 candidates are expected to appear in NTSE Stage 2 Exam on May 10, 2015 all throughout India. NCERT has already dispatched the admission letter or NTSE admit Card 2015 to all the students on their mailing address.

In case the students do not receive NTSE Admit Card

In case the student has not recieved the NTSE admit card then he/she can download the empty NTSE admit card 2015, fill it, get the photograph pasted on it attested by the principal and get it to the examination centre.

NTSE Stage 2 Exam Date: May 10, 2015

NTSE scholarship Program is held in India since 1963 by NCERT and is considered as one of the toughest & renowned examination. In all the states and UTs NTSE 2014-15 stage 1 exam was conducted on November 2, 2014. But in Nagaland, Meghalaya and Andaman & Nicobar Islands the exam was conducted on November 1, 2014. NTSE Scholarship is offered forom Class 11 onwards till the student completes the higher studies.

Respective state governments & UTs announced NTSE Stage 1 Results but NTSE Stage 2 Result will be announced by NCERT.

Qualifying Marks for NTSE Stage 2

The student should secure minimum 40% of marks in each of the three sections given above (35% marks for SC/ST/PH category students)

Language Test is only a qualifying exam and final merit will be prepared on the basis of MAT & SAT Score.

Negative Marking: There will be negative marking in NTSE Stage 2 Exam. For every wrong answer 1/3 of the marks will be deducted.

Language of the Question Paper: NTSE Exam Question Paper will be available in various languages like Assamese, Bangla, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

No State Quota: In NTSE Stage 1 there was state quota and students were selected from each state for Stage 2.  In NTSE Stage 2 there is no state quota and thus the scholarship will be dependent on the performance of the students in NTSE Stage 2 Exam.
