JNUEE Result 2018 is likely to be declare on 21 February 2018 for the programmes in which viva-voce is prescribed.  The exam was conducted for the admission in UG and PG programmes from 27 to 30 December 2017. Candidates curiously waiting for the result will be able to check their JNU Result by providing their Registration/ Application Number. This year, nearly 1.5 lakh students applied to seek admission in various courses in Jawaharlal Nehru University for the academic session 2018-19. The JNU Result 2018 on 21 February 2018 will be declared for the following courses:

  • B.A.(Hons.)
  • M.Sc.in SCMM & SCIS
  • M.A. (Foreign Language)
  • M.Phil/ PhD
  • PGDE
  • M.Tech
  • MPH
  • COP & ADOP (Mass Media)

The Jawaharlal Nehru University entrance examination (JNUEE) held from 27 to 30 December 2017 was conducted in 81 centres across India. Shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for Vice-Voce which is set up to conduct on 20 March 2018.

Applications received for JNU Admission for Different Courses

Jawaharlal Nehru University is always known for the less availability of seats and having the enormous count of applications. Well, the case is still the same this year. The number of applicants surprising increased this year compared to the previous year. This year close to 1.5 lakhs applications were received fighting for 459 seats for the Undergraduates program and 240 seats for Diploma and certificates courses and approximately 2,000 seats in postgraduates program.

  • Approximately 1.5 lakhs recorded applications were received this year.
  • The admission on Undergraduates level opens for 459 seats.
  • JNU will declare the result tentatively on 21 February 2018
  • The result will be declared for the programmes in which viva-voce is prescribed
  • The candidates can check the result by providing their Registration/ Application Number
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for the Vice-Voce scheduled to be conducted on 20 March 2018
  • The distributions of seats are different as per the courses.
