Steps to Fill the DUVASU Application Form 2018

Registration for DUVASU

The candidates in order to fill the application form have to register on the website of DUVASU. To register, the candidates have to provide the details such as their name, father’s name, mobile number, email id. Now the candidates have to select the option undergraduate, thereafter, they can select BV Sc. & AH as course. After that, the system will automatically set eligibility criteria in the blank space for eligibility and also the application fee will be shown. Now the candidates have to click submit button for next page (application page).

Filling the DUVASU Application Form

Afer registration, the candidates have to further fill the application form. To do so, the candidates have to enter their Mother Name (As per Metric Certificate), Date of Birth, Address, the name of the state, pin code, gender, nationality, religion, place of birth, caste category, center option, Details of Education Qualification such as marks details of class 11 & 12.

Uploading  Photo, Signature and Thumb while filling DUVASU Application Form

After entering the personal details and educational details, the candidates have to upload a scanned copy of recent passport size colour photograph, scanned copy of signature and thumb impression. The size of the scanned copy of the photograph, signature and thumb impression (Left thumb impression for boys and right thumb impression for girls). All the scanned copy should be in jpeg format. 

Payment of DUVASU Application Form

After application form filling and uploading documents, the candidates have to make the payment of application fee using online payment mode. The candidates can make payment by Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking. After successfully making payment of the application fee, a completed application form will be generated which will have a registration number.

DUVASU Application Form Submission

The candidates in order to complete the application process have to submit the application through an online mode. After successful payment and submission of the application form, the system will automatically generate a completed application form and the candidates must keep the print out of the completed application form. Printed applications sent by Post/Courier will be rejected.
