IMT Dubai MBA Eligibility Criteria

Applicants from India and All over the world including Dubai can apply for the admissions to the MBA Programme but they must satisfy the listed below eligibility conditions before applying and filling up the application form.

Education Qualification

Applicant must have secured minimum 50% marks in graduation (any discipline) from any institutions which are approved by AICTE / UGC. or in the case of CGPA, it must be higher than 3.0 or 4.0 whichever is equivalent to 50% marks.
Candidates with lower scores in aggregate can be admitted with provisional admission on the condition that they must score higher marks in 1st semester i.e. above CGPA 3.0/4.0 to continue their studies.

English Testing

If the native language of candidates is not English, It is mandatory for him/her to take the English Proficiency Test with minimum scores:
- TOEFL (pen and paper): 550
- TOEFL (online) : 80
- IELTS band of 6.0

Work Experience

The work experience of the candidate is not required necessarily but the applicants with work experience will be given preferences.

Candidates will have to fill two preference in the common application form, based on seat availability and merit and later candidates will get information about allotted IMT institution.

Payment of the IMT Dubai Application Fee

The applicants will have to make the payment by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Demand Draft for the Application Fee. If the applicant is going to pay through Demand Draft then he/ she will have to furnish the details of the Demand Draft in the application form before submitting. Application Fee for IMT Dubai MBA Admission 2018 is Rs.2000. It should be drawn in favour of “Institute of Management Technology” which is payable at Ghaziabad or Delhi.

Submission of IMT Dubai Application

IMT Dubai candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the Personal Interview on skype and decision made by the selection panel. Applicants will have to fill minimum 2 preferences in the application form based on which they will be contacted regarding admissions (if shortlisted). Applicants have to go through the personal interview on skype and English test proficiency. Admissions will be confirmed based on the performance in the interview.

These pre-placement talks are mutually beneficial to our students as well as the companies – where they get the chance to meet some of our high calibre students. As a first step, the company generally presents to the students on their requirements, the company’s goals, strategy and core values – this is followed by a series of Q&A by students and interviews which are then scheduled by the company and is based on their selection of students.

IMT Dubai MBA Scholarships

Students admitted to the IMD Dubai MBA programme will be eligible for the scholarship scheme on the merit basis, Students will be awarded tuition fee waiver scheme if their percentile of the qualifying exams are as under. Apart from that Scholarships after 1st Semester and subsequent Semesters are awarded to the candidates who have scored 3.7 GPA or above in a Semester, Those students are eligible for 25% waiver of tuition in the next semester.

CAT Percentile Based Scholarship

Applicants will be awarded the scholarship in terms of tuition fee waiver for the first semester of the basis of scores of qualifying exam i.e. CAT (Scores must not be older than 1 year).
