BLDE University MBBS Application Form for Admission Counselling has started from the third week of August 2017 to the last week of August 2017. The candidates who have already registered need not apply again but they need to upload their NEET scores and the Fresh or New applicant who wants to take admission to BLDE University can apply now.

BLDE University MBBS Admission will be based on NEET Scores. The process of applying for Admission Counselling for MBBS has started from the third week of August 2017 to the last week of August 2017.

- Photograph and Signature: Candidates have to upload scanned images of Photograph and Signature with the following specifications:

Submission of BLDE University Application Form
- After filling the application form, the candidate has to take out its print out and affix their recent photograph and sign it.
- Documents to be ATTESTED and submitted with the application form:
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate-SSLC/SSC/Class 10 Marks Card and Passing Certificate.
- Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority if SSLC/SSC/Class 10 certificate does not contain proof of date of birth
- Class 12 Mark Sheet- PUC - II or HSC or Class 12 or Equivalent examination (if the results are declared) marks card & passing certificate / Internet Marks card.
- Caste Certificate- Certificate issued by the competent authority regarding SC, ST, OBC (OBC Karnataka state only) and Locomotor disability status by the candidates applying under these categories as declared by the Government of India or Karnataka
- Two Additional Photograph
- Class 10 Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate-SSLC/SSC/Class 10 Marks Card and Passing Certificate.
The duly filled in Application form is to be sent in A4 size envelope either in person/ post/ courier on or before 5:00 pm latest by the last week of August 2017, to the address given below:
