CMC Ludhiana Counselling 2018 will be conducted for MBBS and BDS course in the first week of September 2018. CMC Ludhiana Admission to MBBS and BDS course will be based on NEET scores 2018. CMC Ludhiana MBBS and BDS 2018 admissions will be done on the basis of NEET UG scores conducted by Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana. CMC allows admission into MBBS/BDS course through NEET exams and for admission into B.Sc. Nursing and BPT courses, there is separate CMC entrance exam. CMC Ludhiana Counselling 2018 - Instructions for Counselling
- Candidates will not receive an individual call letter for the counselling. All the qualified candidates are eligible for the counselling process.
- The roll number distribution for the eligibility to attend the counselling along with the result will be displayed on the official website of CMC Ludhiana.
- Candidates must report at the time and date mentioned in the table above for the various courses.
- Candidates will be called for selection as per rank in Merit List of the category they have applied/eligible for. There will be no separate selected and waiting list.
Documents required at the time of CMC Ludhiana Counselling
The following original documents need to be carried by the candidates during their time of counselling:
- Hall Ticket of UG AT 2018
- 4 stamp size photographs
- Proof of date of Birth, High school certificate (Class X / Matric)
- Detailed marks of qualifying examination (+2)
- Details of marks obtained in 10+1 & 10+2 examinations.
- 10+1 & 10+2 regular study certificate (sample 2; page 52)
- Migration certificate from Board / Body except for Punjab State Education Board
- For Punjab domicile students, proof of 10+1 and 10+2 in Punjab from School Principal
- Character certificate from School / College Principal
- Behaviour certificate from School / College Principal
- Domicile/residence certificate (for all categories)
- For Christian candidates in ‘Christian Category with Service Commitment’
- Church membership
- Baptism certificate
- Letter of Service Commitment from body/church of CMC Ludhiana Society, signed by authorized signatory only
- For applicants of SC/ ST/ BC- caste certificate (as per the latest instructions of Govt. of Punjab;
- For MBBS Applicants only - The sworn in affidavit, duly notarized, stating that he/she will abide by and commit to serving in the area of need as ascertained by the institution. (For candidates applying in “Christian Category with Service Commitment”
The following documents will be required to complete the admission procedure that will be made only after scrutiny of documents and payment of fee:
- Proof of parents name (+2 mark sheet if bearing both parents name)
