LPU NEST 2018 Application Form- Deadline Extended!

LPU NEST 2018 Application Form can be filled through both modes online and offline by 25 April 2018. Lovely Professional University has also released the admission notification as well as the official brochure for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs which provides the desired candidate all the important information about the admission process. LPU NEST 2018 will be conducted in Computer Based mode from 10 April to 30 April 2018. The LPU NEST 2018 Application Form process has been started from the first week of November 2017 and the last date of receipt of duly filled LPU NEST 2018 Application Form is 25 April 2018 (With late fee of Rs 100).

Latest Update: LPU NEST 2018 Application Form deadline is extended from 31 March 2018 to 25 April 2018 (With late fee of Rs 100). The candidate who didn't apply so far can apply now.

The candidates can apply for LPU NEST 2018 either online or in offline mode. The applicants must submit the filled in the application form before the last date that is 25 April 2018. Follow the link given below to apply online for the LPU NEST Exam.

• Online Mode: The candidates may also apply through online mode by filling the application form in online mode by following the link given above. The application fees can be paid through online mode of payments like debit cards, credit card or demand draft.
• Offline Mode: The candidates can buy the LPU NEST 2018 Application Form and Information Brochure from University Campus / Camp Offices after they are available.

Steps to fill LPU NEST 2018 Online Application Form 

To fill LPU online application form, the candidates have to follow the steps mentioned below:

STEP 1- Basic Details

(a) Applicant Registration Details: The applicants have to click either of the two options, whether they have purchased the LPUNEST 2018 KIT or not / or have obtained Application ticket. Personal Information: Candidates are required to fill the valid personal details like name and date of birth and email id (Mandatory).

LPU NEST 2018 Application Number: As soon as all the information will be furnished, an application number will be sent to your mail id. Note down the application number for future reference.

(b) Already Registered User Login: After furnishing the details in Step-1(a), the applicant can further login by using Application Number and Date of Birth.

STEP 2- Registration Details

• It is mandatory for the candidates to fill the fields marked with an asterisk.
• Make sure that all the details furnished are relevant and true to your knowledge.
• Change of Test City will not be entertained.

STEP 3- Payment Details

Option-I: Online payment gateway:

Things to be kept ready for Online Payment-

• Softcopy of the recently taken passport size colour photograph.
• Softcopy of Signature of the Applicant.
• Internet Banking facility through Net banking / Debit card / Credit card.
• When prompted for payment, select the application fee as 700/400.
• The candidates will have to choose one option from the below mentioned two options:
  • Debit /Credit Card Payment (Powered by HDFC )
  • Net Banking Payment (Powered By Bill Desk)

Note: Please ensure to take the Print Out of the computer generated application form for Future Reference.

Option-II: Through Demand Draft

• Take a printout (Laser or inkjet only) of the completed application on a good quality A4 size paper.
• Enclose a demand draft for Rs. 700 drawn in favour of Lovely Professional University Payable at Jalandhar.
• Paste a recent passport size colour photograph along with the signature of Applicant and send in a good quality envelope to the address below:

Note: Make sure to write your Name and “Application for LPUNEST-2018” on the back of the Demand Draft.

Retain a photocopy of the filled-in application and Demand Draft for future reference.

STEP 4 - LPU NEST 2018 Slot Booking Details

Applicants are required to fill the column in OMR sheet/Online Application that whether they will book the slot for taking the test themselves or they want the university to book the slot for them.

OPTION-I: Booking of the slot by the applicant:

• Online Test booking system will begin from 1 of March 2018 onwards.
• Things to be kept ready for Online Slot Booking:
  • A photocopy of your submitted application form
  • Online test booking password / unique OMR Code
• Candidates have to book the test schedule at the centre, date and time of their choice.
• The schedule bookings are done on the first-come-first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• So make sure to book the test centre at least three days before the date you have to appear for the test

OPTION-II Booking of the slot by University:

• The candidates are required to mention five choices of exam dates on the OMR sheet only.
• University will allow anyone date (preferably from the given choices) for the exam as per the availability of exam slots.
• University will process the request for exam slot within 48 hours after receiving the application form.
• However, all applications received before 31 March 2018, will be processed from 1 March 2018 onwards, only as Online Slot Management System will be activated on 1 March 2018.
• Candidates are advised to visit the official website regularly
• In the case of non-availability of slots out of the five choices filled by the applicant or due to any postal delay, the university may allocate any other date to the applicant.

LPUNEST Offline Application Process

LPU NEST 2018 Application Form can be obtained from University Campus / Camp Offices by paying cash or providing Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Lovely Professional University” payable at Jalandhar.

Details Furnishing: Once the candidate has purchased the Application Form, they are required to furnish the details in the Application form (OMR sheet) as per the Instructions specified in “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)”.

Photograph: After that, they are required to paste their recent passport size coloured photograph.

Manual Submission: The candidates are required to send the LPU NEST 2018 Application Form in the self-addressed envelope provided below:

Semi Online Submission:  If in case the applicant does not want to send the hard copy of purchased application form:

• Firs, the candidates should have:
  • Softcopy of the recently taken passport size colour photograph.
  • Softcopy of Signature of Applicant.
• Now the candidates have to fill the application form at the official website of the University
•  Now the candidates will be asked for payment. They have to choose the option for unique OMR code (given on the OMR sheet).
• Lastly; Submit the complete application form along with the photograph, signature and unique OMR code obtained after scratching from OMR sheet.
