VIT University, Vellore offers Scholarships to the meritorious students who have appeared for VITEEE 2018 and have scored good rank in the engineering entrance exam under “GV School Development Programme” (GVSDP). Only Tuition fees will be waived off as per the VIT Scholarship given below. But, the candidates will have to bear the special fees amount, External placement training Fee and Placement Fee. VIT scholarship is valid only for students who have got VIT Rank 1-1000. This is the scholarship under GV School Development Programme.
Central and State Board toppers will be awarded 100 percent Tuition fee waiver for all the four years. Plus Two toppers among students from government schools in rural areas who appear for the VITEEE would be given 100 percent tuition fee waiver and full exemption from hostel and mess fee.
The fee for B.Tech Program has been announced by VIT University and we have calculated the fee that has to be paid by the students.
Apart from scholarship offered by VIT University, there are many other scholarships for engineering students which can be availed by the students.
