CG Vyapam BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS Admission 2017 Dates

Educational Qualification - The candidates who are passed in class 12 or equivalent examination from any state board or central board with minimum 50% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry (these subjects should be compulsory subject) are only eligible to apply for CG Vyampam BAMS Admission 2017.

The candidates who want to get admission in BAMS program offered by CG Vyapam have to fill an application form. The candidates can submit the application form only through online mode from 5 July to 22 July 2017 on the official website of Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board, Raipur at cgvyapam.cgstate.gov.in. • First, the candidates have to visit the official website directly or they can click the link given on this page. Thereafter, the candidates have to select an option for online application form BAMS 2017.
• Fill the Application Form: Now the candidates have to enter the required details such as basic personal information, educational information, contact details etc. The candidates also have to select examination centre and have to agree with the declaration statement.
• Upload Image: Now the candidates have to upload a scanned image of latest passport size photograph, signature, name and left-hand thumb impression. All images should be in one scanned JPEG format (Mixed format) of minimum 40 kb and maximum 50 kb. After filling the application form and uploading the image, the candidates have to click submit button. Now a registration ID will be generated.
