Age: The candidates who are maximum 17 years aged on 31 December 2019.

Gender: Only female candidates are eligible to apply for admission to First Year BSc (Hons) Nursing course at Lady Hardinge.

Educational Qualification: The candidates must be passed in Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination/Indian School Certificate Examination (10+2) or equivalent from any recognised Board. The candidates should have also secured at least a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% marks for the candidates belongs to SC/ST & OBC categories) marks in 4 subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

• STEP 1: Each candidate has to fill the application form in her own writing in English. The candidates have to write their personal details such as name, mother’s name, father’s name, date of birth, nationality caste, religion, etc.
• STEP 2: Now the candidates have to provide their education qualification details like year of passing class 10 & 12 exams, total marks obtained in XII Class Board Examination, Maximum Marks.
• STEP 3: Thereafter, the candidates have to provide their postal address, mobile number, email address etc.
  
• STEP 4: The candidates have to now affix a passport size photograph in the spaces given on the application form. The photograph affixed on the main application form should be attested by the principal or gazetted officer. The others photograph has not to be attested by any gazetted officer.

• Self Addressed envelope with Rs. 25 stamp affixed
• Acknowledgement card with the address of candidate and Rs.10 stamp affixed

The candidates will be selected for admission in Lady Hardinge BSc Nursing 2019 program on the basis of their performance in the written selection test.

• First, the candidates are required to appear in the written test which was conducted on 30 June
