About KMAT

KMAT 2018, Kerala Management Aptitude Test for MBA admission in top institutes in Kerala, held twice in a year to admission for an academic session. KMAT Kerala Exam 1 is going to held on 4 February 2018. Process for application has been closed on 20 January 2018. KMAT Kerala is conducted by M.G University and supervised by Admission Supervisory Committee & Fee Regulatory Committee for Professional Colleges of Kerala. All the graduates are eligible to apply for KMAT. Exam centre for KMAT Kerala will be located in all the districts of Kerala.

KMAT Eligibility criteria

Age: There is no age limitation for applying to KMAT Kerala.

Academic Qualification: The candidate must have graduation degree in any discipline or equivalent from any College, University or Institute which is recognised by the Government of India.

  • The candidates who are in the final year of their graduation can also apply for KMAT Kerala.

KMAT Kerala application Forms are available on the official website of KMAT Kerala and eligible candidates have to apply in two Stages:

  • Firstly, the candidate has to pay the application fee.
  • Secondly, Login and fill the KMAT Kerala Application form.

Submission of KMAT Kerala Application Form

The candidates can apply only through online mode. Candidates need not send the application form or any other document, however, the candidates are advised to take the printout of the application form for future reference. 

KMAT Kerala Admit Card

Admit card is a mandatory part of any test exam so candidates who have submitted the application form for KMAT must be updated for the schedule related to the exam and admit card.KMAT admit card will contain Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Roll Number, Exam Venue, Time and Date of Examination, Candidate’s Scanned Photograph, Candidate’s Scanned signature etc.

KMAT Result and Counselling

Admission for Management programs in top Institute within Kerala will be based on KMAT exam. Academic performance will also play an important role in the selection process. The candidates are required to produce the KMAT 2018 Scorecard in the participating institutes. Selection of the candidates will be merit-based. The result of KMAT Kerala 2018 will be declared in March. Candidates can download their scorecards from the official website.The steps to check KMAT Kerala Result are given below:

Step 2: Click on “Get Scorecard”

Step 3: Enter login credentials- Roll No, Date of Birth

Step 4: Scorecard of KMAT Kerala 2018 would be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: View the details and download it.

KMAT Exam pattern

KMAT Kerala 2018 is a 3 hours duration exam. Candidates, who are appearing in the test, should carefully go through the KMAT Kerala 2018 Exam pattern. As per last year examination, the pattern of KMAT examination is as follow:

  • Mode of Exam: Pen and Paper based Test
  • Duration of Exam: 3 hours
  • Language of Exam: English
  • No. of Questions: 180 questions
  • Marking: 1 mark will be awarded for every correct answer.  
  • There would be 4 sections in KMAT Kerala exam namely – English Language Usage and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Sufficiency & Logical Reasoning and General Knowledge and Contemporary Business Scenario.
