SRM MBA Admission 2018 (SRMJEEM)

SRM Institute of Science and Technology MBA Admission 2018 will be offered to the candidates on the basis of scores of SRM Common Admission Test (SRMJEEM) 2018 GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT Management Exams. SRMJEEM is a common entrance test namely SRM Joint Management Entrance Test conducted for SRM Institute of Science and Technology Management Admission to its campuses across India. The SRM Institute of Science and Technology offers two-year semester based (4 semesters) full-time MBA program in which students are required to complete a total of 38 courses. Information brochure for MBA is yet to be released by SRM, however, the last date to apply for SRM Institute of Science and Technology MBA Admission is 31 March 2018.

Minimum Age Criteria

There is no age limit to apply for the MBA program, However, the applicant must be a graduate to apply.

Academic Qualification 

• The candidates applying for the SRM Institute of Science and Technology MBA Admission is required to be a graduate in any discipline with the minimum of 60% marks in his/her graduation.
• Candidates must have a valid score of GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT will be considered

Final year Students

Students who are in their final year of graduation can also apply if satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria for the admission to the SRM Institute of Science and Technology, however, they will have to provide the certification of completion of their bachelor's degree at the time of final admission.

STEP 1: To apply online for the SRM MBA  Admission, candidates need to register themselves on the official website of SRM Institute of Science and Technology.

STEP 2: After registration, the candidates will receive a verification link to their registered email with the login credentials

STEP 3: The candidates need to fill the application form with required details in every section of the form.

STEP 4: Candidates have to upload the documents in the authorised format which is mentioned below.

STEP 5: At last, the candidates have to submit the application form by paying the application fee.

STEP 6: After the successful submission of the application, the candidates will get an online application number which they need to note down for future reference.

Payment of the SRM MBA Application Form 2018

Candidates can pay the SRM MBA Application fee via any of the modes listed below. The application fee can be paid in Online as well as offline mode.

• Online Payment: The candidate can make the payment of the application form through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
• Offline Payment: The candidate can make the payment of the SRM MBA Application form through Demand Draft drawn in favour of "SRMIST" payable at Chennai.

Submission of SRM MBA Application Form 2018

SRM MBA Application Form 2018 application form will be submitted in offline only. Applicants are required to send the application form along with the demand draft (if applicable) via post to the given address.

Candidates are advised to check the details of the application form before the final submission because once the application has been processed then the candidates will not be able to do any changes. Candidates will get admission to this program on the Basis of Performance of SRM Common Admission Test (SRMJEEM). However, if the candidates who have achieved a valid score in GMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT, TANCET, CMAT can also apply for to get admission

SRM MBA Selection Process

The selection process for SRM MBA program will be done on the basis of following criteria :

• On the basis of GMAT 2017-18/ CAT 2017/ MAT 2017/ XAT 2017-18/ TANCET 2018/ CMAT 2018/SRMJEEM scores: If any candidate holds a valid score in CAT/XAT/MAT/TANCET/GMAT/CMAT/SRMJEEM will be considered for the admission on the basis of their scores obtained in the exams.
• Merit List: The merit list will be prepared for the SRM MBA Admission 2018  and the applicants will be called for the GD/PI at the campuses to be announced later.
• Group Discussion: The candidates who get shortlisted on the basis of merit list prepared will be called for the group discussion.
• Personal Interview: The candidates get selected in Group discussion will be called for further selection process i.e Personal Interview.

The final admission will be offered to the students who have done well in the Group Discussion and The Personal interview, and also in their past academic records.

SRMJEEM 2018, formerly known as SRMCAT is an online computer based exam for the SRM MBA Admission. The important details related to exam pattern and the marking schemes have been described below about the SRM Common Admission Test.

• Type of Question: Objective Type Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
• Duration of Exam: 150 minutes

• Marking Scheme: 3 marks for each correct answer will be awarded to the candidates

• Negative Marking: No Negative Marking

The SRM Institute of Science and Technology conducts the SRM Common Admission Test (SRMJEEM) in 8 test centres across India.
