NMIMS MBA Admissions 2017

NMIMS MBA Admissions 2017 will be done on the basis on NMAT scores.  NMIMS has announced admission to MBA at Mumbai Campus, and PGDM in Bengaluru Campus and Hyderabad Campus for the academic year 2018-20. NMIMS is a university which offers courses/programs across various disciplines such as Management, Technology, Science, Pharmacy, Architecture and Economics. The university has more than 5000 students and over 430 faculty members. The candidates have appeared in NMAT conducted by GMAC in order to get admission in management courses in NMIMS.  The last date to apply for NMIMS MBA Admission is 3 October 2017. 

• The admission in the NMIMS MBA programme is done on the basis of NMAT score. Hence, the candidates required NMAT score in order to apply for NMIMS MBA Admission.
• Following are the full-time management courses offered at NMIMS. in addition to these courses NMIMS also offer various Part-Time, Executive and Weekend management programs.

Age: There is no age limitation for the exam.

Academic Qualification:

General Eligibility: The candidates appearing in final year of their Bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.

• The candidates must note that two and more years of post-qualification work experience will be preferred for admission to all the full time management courses in all the three campuses.

The candidates can fill the Application form through online mode only.  Since NMAT is the qualifying exam for NMIMS admissions, candidates have to first apply for NMAT on its official website and then fill the NMIMS application form. NMAT registration number is mandatorily required for filling up NMIMS application form. There is no provision for offline application. Steps to fill the NMIMS Application Form

The steps to fill the NMIMS Application is given. The candidates who are filling the application form should follow the steps below and fill the application form accordingly. So that, the candidates can avoid the mistakes while filling the application form.

STEP 1: The candidate has to register on the official website of NMIMS and have to create an account using valid email Id in order to fill the NMIMS Application Form.

STEP 2: Applicants have to fill the application form by providing Personal Information, Contact Information, Work experience and Additional Information. It is mandatory for the candidates to fill in the NMAT Registration Number in order to start and complete the NMIMS application form.

STEP 3: Payment of the Application Fee of Rs.1,100 (for normal registration of One campus) and Rs.1500 (for registration of more than one campus) can be made using any one of the following modes:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
• Net Banking

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates while filling up the application form must ensure that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect. The candidates have to submit the NMIMS application form online only. There is no need to send a printout of the application form or any other document to NMIMS. The candidates are advised to take a printout or note the application number carefully for their future reference.

Course fee for the academic year 2018-20 has not been declared yet by NMIMS University.  Last year’s fee details are given below:

The NMAT result will be declared in the third week of January 2018. Candidates can also check their full scores after few weeks of declaring the result. The candidate will also receive the information about the same on their registered email id.

NMIMS MBA Selection Process

• The result of the test will be declared on official website of NMAT by GMAC™. After clearing the entrance exam candidates will be shortlisted for the next round of CD and PI.
• Shortlisted candidates are required to download the call letter from www.nmims.edu website.
• The shortlisted candidate also needs to bring his / her NMIMS Call letter during CD/PI process.

• Mark sheet of 10th and 12th
  
• Degree Mark sheet for each and individual semester.
• Degree Certificate
• Provisional Degree certificate/ Passing Certificate
• Post Graduate Degree Marksheet (if applicable).
• Post Graduate Degree Certificate (if applicable).
• Migration Certificate.
• Eligibility Certificate (If required).
• Work Experience Certificate (if any).
• Original Medical Fitness Certificate signed by Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Mediclaim Policy.
• AIU Certificate (University Equivalence) is mandatory for those candidates who have completed their graduation from Overseas Universities.

• Duration of Test: 120 minutes

NMAT exam would be Online (Computer based). NMAT by GMAC would be an objective type multiple choice test. There will be no descriptive type questions.
