About UGAT

UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) is a standardized test which is being conducted by AIMA every year to select the candidates for various undergraduate programs such as BBA, BCA, BHM, Integrated MBA (IMBA) etc. There are 61 colleges/universities that would be accepting AIMA UGAT Score for admission to their various undergraduate courses. AIMA  has declared UGAT 2018 result for AIMA UGAT Exam 2018 which was conducted on 12 May 2018. UGAT Eligibility criteria

Each study protocol has guidelines for those who can or cannot participate in the particular study. All India Management Association (AIMA) has also set some of the protocol to appear in UGAT Exam. Hence, the candidates need the following requirement as eligibility criteria to fill the application form for UGAT.

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board.
  • Students appearing/ appeared in 10+2 can also apply.

UGAT Application form and Admit Card

The application process for the UGAT 2018 for the BBA and BCA has been closed for the 2018-19 session. There were four modes by which the students can obtain the application form. There were two modes by which the candidates can fill the UGAT 2018 Application Form. The candidates can fill the online as well as offline application form.

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates filling up the form should ensure that the details filled by them are correct in all aspect. The candidates filled the form through online mode do not need to send the registration form to AIMA office. However, those who have filled in offline application form need to send the form to the office.

UGAT Admit Card 2018

UGAT admit card 2018 was available to download from 5 May 2018. The candidates must download the UGAT admit card and affix two similar photographs to it. The candidates must get the photographs on the admit card attested by any Gazetted officer/ Head of the Institute/ College in which candidate has appeared in the qualifying exam.

UGAT Fees

The candidates have to pay Rs.650 as an application fee. The payment can be made by Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or Demand Draft.

How to pay the Application Fees

Candidates can pay the Application Fees for the four modes in the way as mentioned against the Modes in the table below:

Demand Draft has to be drawn in in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi

UGAT Result and Counselling

  • The candidates are given the option to indicate any five of the participating institutes/ colleges/ universities at the time of filling the application form. AIMA sends the data and score of the candidates to the listed 5 colleges.
  • In addition, candidates are provided individual score-card, which can be produced at any institute.
  • Also, the Institutes/ colleges/universities can decide on the cut-off score for admission or for further screening based on the number of seats available.
