Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) Entrance Exam 2018 is conducted at the national level by Pearl Academy of Fashion conducted by the Pearl Academy of Fashion as a qualifying Examination for admissions to the various design courses offered at the academy. Pearl Academy Admission 2018 will be done in multiple cycles that are January, April, June 2018. Admissions in Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Diploma courses will be done on the basis of a written exam followed by personal interview. Pearl Academy of Fashion has 3 campuses which are located in Delhi & Noida, Jaipur, Mumbai.

Pearl Academy also offers admission to its Interior Architecture & Design Course the basis of the NATA Score. Those candidates who appear in NATA are exempted from giving the Entrance Exam. They need to only appear for Interview once they have taken NATA.

Pearl Academy of Fashion Admission Application form and Admit Card
The application process for the Pearl Academy for the June Cycle has started. The candidates can fill the form on or before 11 June 2018. The candidates can fill the Pearl Academy Application Form via either of the three modes mentioned below:
Mode 1: OFFLINE by purchasing Application Kit from the Pearl Academy campuses
Mode 2: OFFLINE by purchasing Application Kit from authorized Sales Counters.
Mode 3: ONLINE
PAF 2018 Application Fees: Candidates are required to pay Rs 1,000 towards the Application fee charges.

General Proficiency Test (GPT) is administered to judge a candidate’s proficiency in the English language (comprehension, vocabularyand expression), Language Ability,Logicalreasoning,Quantitativeability, Data Interpretation, basic Mathematics, etc.
For GPT, the student has to answer 60 questions in 60 minutes
Design Aptitude Test (DAT) examines candidates’ aptitude for creativity, drawing, design ability, the power of observation and imagination, sensitivity to environment and communication skills.
All candidates are required to undergo a Personal Interview after the Written Admission Test at their respective Entrance Examination Centre.
Candidates appearing for the Written Test in Delhi / NCR, Noida, Jaipur, Mumbai and Chennai centres are required to appear for the Personal Interview at respective Pearl Academy Campuses only.

Pearl Academy of Fashion Admission Important details
The scholarships offered by Pearl Academy are given below. There are two types of scholarships offered by mostly all the Institutes i.e. Merit Cum Means Scholarship which is for new entrants and another one is Merit based scholarship which is for the Toppers of the course. Therefore, the Pearl Academy too offer two scholarships.

MERIT-CUM-MEANS (NEW ENTRANTS)
The Academy awards Merit-cum-Means Scholarship to all the new students of regular UG / PG / Masters Programmes at the time of admission, for the first year only. The Merit-cum-Means Scholarship (new entrants) provides a partial waiver of tuition fee to a maximum of 10% of new entrants.
Merit-cum-Means Scholarship waives payment of tuition fee only for the current academic year (first year only) in the following categories:
Merit Criterion: For UG applicants – Performance in Class 10 / Pearl entrance exam / Personal interview / Studio Test.
Means Criterion: Annual gross parental/ family income from all sources – maximum Rs. 4,50,000 (criteria as per Govt. of India notification).
Additional Weightage:Wards of a single parent.
MERIT SCHOLARSHIP (COURSE TOPPERS)
Merit Scholarship (Course Toppers) is awarded annually to students who have topped (1st rank) their respective cohorts, subject to the class size of minimum 30 students.
Merit scholarship (Course Toppers) is subject to: –
Course Topper achieving the minimum prescribed standards of achievement (Higher Second Class in UG / First Class in PG / Commendation in Masters Programme – i.e., min. 60%).
Awardee maintaining the minimum prescribed aggregate attendance.
No disciplinary proceedings against the awardee.
The Course Topper should achieve minimum 70% or above (First Class in UG / Distinction in PG & MA).
