For online renewal of scholarship this year, students have to Login with their last year Application ID and Password. The students not having Aadhar number can register with their Enrolment ID or Bank passbook for the current Academic Session. However, the preference will be given to Aadhar seeded eligible students at the time of scholarship disbursement. Therefore, the candidates are advised to register with Aadhar Number.

Renewal Scholarship form is available at National Scholarship Portal. Before filling the application form, the students are advised to ensure that he/she is eligible to apply and fulfilling all the conditions for the re-scholarship. Applicants are advised to go through the following instructions or the Information Bulletin carefully to know all requirements regarding fill-up the Renewal Scholarship form on National Scholarship Portal.
The candidates who want to renew their applications need not register again at the National Scholarship Portal. The students can renew their scholarship using the same ID and Password that was generated at the time of application.
Steps to fill National Scholarship Portal Renewal Application 2018
STEP 1: To fill the Renewal Scholarship form from National Scholarship Portal, the student has to visit the official website of National Scholarship Portal and click on the “Apply for Renewal” Button on the home page of National scholarship portal and log in. Alternately, the candidates can follow the given link and directly login for Renewal scholarship form.

STEP 2: Student has to Login using his/ her Registered Email ID and Password. These are the same credentials that were generated at the time fresh application at the National Scholarship portal.
After successful Login, a welcome page will appear on the screen. A sample for the same is given below. The students have to click on “Renew Application” Button and student will direct to Renewal Screen as shown below.
STEP 3: The student has to fill the Renewal Scholarship Form giving the required Renewal details, Academic Details and Basic details. The candidate has to fill all the required details and continue to the next page of Renewal scholarship form. The fields marked as “*” & shown in white are compulsory, namely;
- Aadhaar/Enrollment ID/Bank Passbook
- Mobile Number
- Previous Class (%)
- Admission Fee
- Tuition Fees
- Misc Fees
STEP 4: After clicking the “Save & Continue” Button the next page will be displayed on the screen. On this page, the candidates have to give their Contact Details, Scheme Details and Upload the Required Documents and click on the “Final Submission” Button for final submission of application. The candidates are advised to retain a printout of application for further reference.

- Domicile Certificate
- Student Photograph
- Institute verification Form
- Self-Declaration of Income Certificate by the Student
- Self Declaration of Minority community Certificate by the Student
- Self-attested certificated of previous Academic Marksheet
- Fee Receipt of Current Course Year
- Proof of Bank Account in the name of the Student
- Scanned copy of Aadhar Card
The scholarship will be cancelled without any notice if the applicant detected with in-eligibility at any stage, before or after the applying for scholarship scheme. In this case, the student will be blacklisted to opt for the scholarship sponsored by Central Government for the period of five years as well as the disciplinary action will be taken against him/ her.
