MET Eligibility 2019 are the minimum eligibility norms that each student must fulfil in order to appear for the Manipal Entrance Test. Candidates must make sure that they fulfil all the MET eligibility norms before they fill the application form. As per the MET eligibility 2019, candidates applying for BTech, Pharm or PharmD programmes must make sure that they are a citizen of India. Each programme will have their MET eligibility criteria. MET Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Manipal B.Tech Programmes

The following are the MET eligibility 2019 norms that each candidate must make sure that they fulfil the same. Failing to meet any of the Manipal eligibility norms will lead to cancellation of the candidature. Nationality

Nationality of students must be Indian

Minimum educational qualification

Students must have passed their Class 12 from
a recognized Board or a University

Compulsory subjects

In Class 12, candidates must have had Physics,
Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects
and Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology or any
technical vocational subject must have been taken
as optional subjects

Minimum marks in Class 12 boards

In Physics, Mathematics and in one of the optional
subject, candidates must have scored at least 50%
marks in the Class 12 boards, A level, IB, American
12th grade or equivalent

Age Limit

There is no age limit for Manipal B.Tech programmes

Minimum marks in MET

In the Manipal Entrance Test, candidates must score
at least 50% in order to get shortlisted for the counselling or further admission rounds

MET Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Manipal B.Pharm Programmes

Each programme of Manipal Academy of Higher Education will have their own eligibility norms. Candidates filling up the Manipal application form the B.Pharm programmes must fulfil all the MET eligibility norms. Failing to meet any of the Manipal eligibility criteria for B.Pharm will lead to cancellation of the candidature.   • Nationality: Indian nationals
  • Date of Birth: Candidates born on or before 31.12.2002 are eligible to apply for MET 2019
  • Minimum Education Qualification: Candidates must have passed their Class 12 board exam with Physics, Chemistry and English with Mathematics or Biotechnology or Computer Science or Biology as optional subjects

MET Eligibility Criteria 2019 - Manipal PharmD Programmes

Doctor of Pharmacy i.e. PharmD is a 5-year course plus a one-year internship. Admission to Manipal PharmD is based on the All India Rank of MET 2019. Candidates applying for Manipal Doctor of Pharmacy must make sure that they fulfil the MET eligibility criteria for PharmD. The MET 2019 eligibility are as follows -

Citizenship

Indian

Date of Birth

Must be born on or before 31/12/2002

Qualification

One must have completed their Class 12 board with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects. Also, they must have Mathematics, Biology as optional subjects

Equivalent Qualification

DPharm or any other qualification recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India
