5th Annual Zebra Awards- Monochrome Photography Competition

• 5^th Annual Zebra Awards  invites all professional as well as amateur photographers above the age of 18 to participate in the photography Competition. Annual Zebra Awards is conducted by TZ International Photography and Art Community (TZIPAC).
• Categories: The photographers interested in participating in the Annual Zebra Awards can submit their entries to any of the following categories:
  • Abstract and Contemporary
  • Fine Art and Open
  • Landscape and Nature
  • People and Animals
• Prize: The grand prize winner will get cash prize worth of 2000 USD (Approx. INR 1.33 Lakh) while all winners will get coverage in Editorial articles of The Zebra Magazine.
• Entry Fee: There are 2 rounds of judging and the candidates are required to pay an entry fee of $1 per image for First round and 20 $ (Approx. INR 1400) per image for the second round of judging.
• The entries for 5^th Annual Zebra Awards will be accepted online and the last date to complete the submission process is December 31, 2016.

Out of the entries received for the 5^th Annual Zebra Awards, one grand prize winner will be selected and 3 winners from each category will be selected. The details related to the prizes are:

• Grand Prize: The candidate selected as the winner of the Grand Prize will get the following perks:
  • Cash Prize of 2000 USD (Approx. INR 1.33 Lakh).
  • The title of TZIPAC Black and White Photographer of the Year
  • 4 x Full Packs of Concepter Iblazr 2 wireless LED Flash 
  • International Exposure along with a full-featured editorial in the Zebra Magazine.
• Category Winners: The top 3 winners from each category along with finalists will be given the following prizes:
  • First Prize:
    • Prestigious TZIPAC Medals.

The entries for the 5^th Annual Zebra Awards are to be uploaded online and the submission will be considered completed only after the payment of entry fee. The details of the competition and the image submission process are:

• Categories: The photographer interested in participating in the competition can submit their entries to any of the following categories:
  • Abstract and Contemporary
  • Fine Art and Open
  • Landscape and Nature
  • People and Animals.
• Registration: The registration for the awards can be done online on the official website of the awards. >> Click here to initiate the registration process.
• Uploading Images: Once the registration has been done, the candidates can log in to their account and upload images. The specifications of the images to be uploaded are as follow:
  • Format: JPG/JPEG, 8 bit,
  • Dimensions: 1500pixels on the longest side
  • Resolution: 72 dpi
  • Size:  500KB Maximum
  • No border, nor marks or logos identifying the artists.
  • All images must be monochrome, i.e. grayscale or toning with just one colour. The colour space can be grayscale or RGB.  All images which are not strictly monochrome will be disqualified on judging.
• Paying Fee: The competition has 2 stages, initially images will be shortlisted by TZIPAC Editorial team and the entry fee for initial stage is $1 (Approx. INR 70) per image. The shortlisted images will qualify for the next round where the entries will be judged by specially invited Juror after paying an entry fee of 20 $ (Approx. INR 1400) per entry.

The initial selection of the images will be done by TZIPAC Editorial team. The images shortlisted will then be judged by invited Judges and the score given by them will decide the winners.
