Ajmal National Talent Search Exam is conducted by Ajmal Foundation to identify extraordinary talents in children and promote and encourage them to develop and improve their skills through cash rewards. This scholarship exam can be taken by both school and college students. The Ajmal Foundation was established in 2005. The talent search exam is organised for awarding scholarships to the students of Assam, West Bengal and Tripura. Ajmal National Talent Search Exam (ANTSE) will be conducted in maximum districts of Assam, one District of Tripura and West Bengal. This is pencil and paper based talent search examination.

ANTSE Eligibility Criteria

Gender  Both

 Assam, Tripura and West Bengal.

Class/ Age
  • Class 3 to 12 students
  • Degree Students (Undergraduate): B.A./B.Sc./B. Com., 1st, 2nd, 3rd year and students studying Law, Engineering, Medical, Management and Computer Science, etc..

ANTSE Reward

ANTSE is conducted by Ajmal Foundation to identify extraordinary talents in children and promote and encourage them to develop and improve their skills through cash rewards. Those candidates who performed well in this examination will get the scholarship award according to the award structure given below:

Ajmal Stars

After Rank, the next 100 students in order of marks irrespective of the class will be awarded Ajmal Stars of Rs. 400

Ajmal Achievers

After Star, the next 1000 students in order of marks irrespective of the class will be awarded Ajmal Achievers of Rs. 300

Ajmal Promisers

Minimum of 15% of students in order of marks in each ANTSE Center will be eligible for consolation prizes subject to the condition that this 15% includes other rank holders, stars and achievers.

This is to encourage students in every centre, especially in the rural ones to develop the interest for examination.

The Candidates of above categories will be awarded cash prizes and merit certificates.

ANTSE Application form and Process

The application form of Ajmal National Talent Search Exam will be submitted through offline mode. Candidates can download the Application Form from the official website of Ajmal Foundation or click on the link given below:

Application Through Institution

  • A candidate who wishes to appear in ANTSE 2017 must apply through his/her institution. No individual participation will be allowed.
  • The application Form attached with the brochure may be used or can be Xerox or neatly typed or may be downloaded from the website.
  • Payment of Fees: Principal/Headmaster/Coordinator of the institution should collect the examination fees from the individual candidate and make a single DD/Mo for total money collected favoring Ajmal Foundation, A/C No: 11284630800 (Payable at the State Bank of India, Hojai Branch) and send it to the following address

  • All correspondence shall be made with the exam centre only.The Application Form, complete in all respects, must reach ANTSE Office on or before 10 April 2017.
  • Exam Fees: Rs. 150 (For each candidate)

 Application Form Submission

  • The application form should be filled up properly and submitted to the Principal/Headmaster/Coordinator of the institution.
  • Attach Two Passport Size Photos: Applications with two PP photographs with his/her name & class on the reverse side should be attached.


ANTSE 2017 Admit Card

Candidates shall receive Admit Cards, Certificates, Prizes etc. from their respective Exam centre only. ANTSE Admit cards will be sent to the Exam Centre on or before 20 May 2017. Change in Exam Centre without permission from the Board is not allowed.

How to Prepare for Ajmal National Talent Search Exam?


  • For Class 3 to 12 Questions will be based on the prescribed syllabus to the classes by State & Central Board.
  • For Degree Level Questions will be asked as per the UPSC and APSC General Studies Pattern.

ANTSE 2017 Syllabus

Class 3 to 12 Questions will be asked from the prescribed State & Central Syllabi
Degree Conforming to the UPSC and APSC General Studies Pattern. 

ANTSE 2017 Result

ANTSE Result will be published on 31 August 2017 on the official website & result bulletin, certificates & Cash Awards will be sent to Exam centres/ coordinators only. The students will be able to check the ANTSE Result online by entering the required details.

  • If there are any complaints, they should be made within 30 days from the date of declaration of results.
  • Request for rechecking of answer script will not be entertained.
