VTUEEE 2018 Admit Card - Released!

VTUEEE Admit Card 2018 for Phase 2 is issued by the Veltech University on 8 April 2018. The candidates who have applied for the VTUEEE entrance exam can download the VTUEEE Admit Card 2018 from this page. VTUEEE is an All India Engineering Entrance Examination conducted by Veltech Dr RR & Dr SR University for admission to B.Tech degree Programme through single window counselling. This Entrance Examination shall be based on a common minimum syllabus drawn from syllabi taught in different State Boards in India. VTUEEE Admit Card 2018 is available online, the candidates can download his/ her admit card by entering their Application Number and Date of Birth. Veltech University will also send the VTUEEE Admit Card 2018 by post “Under Certiicate of Posting (UCP)” to the candidate (including those who applied online) on their postal address about two weeks before the examination date. It is to be noted here that university will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise due to loss of Admit Card in transit/ non-delivery of the same.

 Therefore, the candidate is advised to contact on the university helpline number or write to the university in case of non-received the admit card at least 15 days before the examination date. Such requests must be sent to Director/Admission Officer (VTUEEE 2018), with two photographs (same as affixed on the Application Form).

Important Instructions on VTUEEE 2018 Admit Card

• The candidate has to carry his/ her admit card and shall show the admit card for admission in the examination hall. Candidates are not allowed to carry any Textual material, Dock Pen, Calculators, Log Tables, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, Slide Rules, printed or written material, mobile phone, bits of papers, or any kind of device, except the Admit Card (clean without any noting in pencil or pen or ball pen whether relevant to the examination or not) inside the Examination Hall.
• The examination rooms/halls will be opened 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidates will not be permitted to enter the exam hall after 10.00 a.m. in morning batch & after 2.00 p.m. in afternoon, batch as well as to leave the Hall before 12.00 noon & 4.00 p.m. in morning & evening batch.

• For the issue of the duplicate admit card, a photocopy of the application form and proof of remittance of the fee has to be produced by the candidates who have applied online.
• The candidates who have submitted the application form by registered/speed post will have to produce original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for the issue of duplicate VTUEEE admit card.
