SCMHRD MBA Admission 2017-18

SCMHRD MBA Admission 2017-18 will be based on candidates Individual Performance in SNAP (Symbiosis National Aptitude Test). SCMHRD Registration Process has started from 10 August 2017 which will be filled until 16 December 2017. SCMHRD is one of the Constituent Institute of Symbiosis International University (SIU). MBA and MBA (IM) offered in SCMHRD is a two years full-time course with four semesters. This page gives you details on MBA and MBA (IM) Programs only.

Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) offers the following Post Graduate Management Courses:

• MBA in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance and Operations Management MBA in Infrastructure Management. 
• MBA IM (Infrastructure Management).
• Executive MBA 
• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.

• MBA (HR, Finance, operation & Marketing)-The candidate must have a Graduation Degree from any of the Statutory University with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks and 45% for SC/ST candidates at Graduation Level.
• MBA (Infrastructure Management)- The candidate must be an Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Oil, and Gas, Power, Infrastructure, Power Engineering, Construction Technology, Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering and Mechanical and Automation disciplines only).
  • The candidate passed the qualifying exam from any Statutory University with atleast 50% aggregate marks and 45% in case of SC/ST candidates.

• Students appearing in the Final Year of Graduation may also apply, but their admission will only be based on their obtaining a minimum of 50% marks and 45% in case of SC/ST)

The registration for the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) can only be made through online mode. The candidates have to register for the SNAP Test also along with the SCMHRD. The Application Process for SCMHRD has begun from 10 August 2017 and the last date to apply is 16 December 2017 till 12:00 midnight.

Steps to fill the Application form for SCMHRD 2017-18

The steps to fill the application form for the SCMHRD is given below. The candidates are suggested to follow the steps and fill the form.

• Register for SNAP: In order to fill the application form for SCMHRD, the candidates need to Register for SNAP by filling up some details after which the User ID and password will be generated for the candidates.
• Choose Programme: Now the candidates have to log in to their account and need to choose the programmes that they want to apply for under Symbiosis International University. The candidates have to make the payment of the programme fee.
• Register for SCMHRD: Post choosing the programme, the candidates can register for SCMHRD with the same credentials they have used in SNAP Registration. The candidates can choose from the MBA and MBA (IM) programme.

Submission of the Application Form

The candidates should be wary while filling the application form and should fill each and every section of the form by furnishing correct information. The candidates need not submit the hard copy of the duly filled in SCMHRD registration form to the concerned authority. However, candidates need to take a print-out of the application form for future use.

SNAP Admit Card 2017 will be available soon on the official website of SCMHD. The candidates who have submitted the duly filled in application form along with the application fee will be able to download the admit card from this page. The candidates have to make the payment for the SNAP Registration as well as for the SCMHRD Registration Fee also. The amount of fee for each particular is given in the table below:

SCMHRD Admission 2017-18 will be done on the basis of the SNAP score for the candidates who have appeared in the SNAP Test 2017-18. It will be a written test to be held on 17 December 2017. SNAP Result will be declared on 28 December 2017. Those candidates who clear the SNAP Test will be shortlisted for GE, PI and WAT.

Shortlisting of Candidates: Shortlisting of candidates for Group Exercise, Personal Interaction, and Writing Ability Test will be based on their overall SNAP Percentage. 

• Category-wise cut off will be published on the website of the respective institute. The Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process at SCMHRD. The candidates must carry their SNAP Admit Card at the time of their GE-PIWAT and the other selection process.
• GE, PI and WAT Process in SCMHRD will be held from 1 to 4 February and 8 to 11 February 2018
• Please note that no Individual regret letters will be sent to the candidates who are not called for GE, PI and WAT.

The admission into the SCMHRD will be done on the basis of SNAP merit list. SNAP Merit List about the Weigtage for admission to MBA programmes in the various Institutes of SIU will be displayed on their respective official website. SNAP Merit List will be based on the following parameters:
