RAJUVAS 2017 admission in B.V.Sc. & A.H. will be on the basis of AIPVT 2017 result. Candidates seeking BVSc and AH admission in Haryana must also apply to, Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. The candidates have to apply online for RAJUVAS 2017 only on the official website of Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences at http://rajuvas.org. 

Duration: The duration of B.V.Sc & A.H degree course is 5 years. The course also includes a compulsory rotating internship of six months. Admission to all the Veterinary Colleges in Rajasthan will be done on the basis of marks obtained in All India Pre Veterinary Test (AIPVT) 2017, conducted by Veterinary Council of India, VCI.

RAJUVAS Counselling 2017

  • As per the decision taken by the State Government, this year Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test 2017 Entrance Exam will not be conducted. Instead, of RPVT 2017 exam admission will be according to the merit of AIPVT 2017.
  • Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Science (RAJUVAS) will release notification soon regarding the admission process.

RAJUVAS Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification: The candidates must have qualified 10+2 or equivalent examination by an Education Board/University/Council (duly recognized by the Rajasthan Board, CBSE, New Delhi) with not less than pass marks in each subject and not less than 50% marks in the aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.


The candidates must have passed any examination of a University/Education Board/ College/School in a foreign country recognised by the Academic Council as the equivalent for the purpose with good knowledge of English.

Age: The candidates must be of 17 years on or before 31 December 2017, to the 1st year of B.V.Sc. & A.H. course.

For SC/ST/OBC Category: 

  • Secured a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English at 10+2/Intermediate Science Examination.
  • The candidate also should have passed these subjects individually.

RAJUVAS Application form and Admit Card

The candidates can apply for RAJUVAS 2017 ONLY online. There is NO offline Process of filling the RAJUVAS 2017 Application Form

Online Mode: Candidates may apply through online mode by visiting the official website. The application fees can be paid via Debit Card/Credit Card or through downloaded E-Challan. Link will be updated as and when available

Steps to be followed to apply Online 

  • Step 1: Fill in the Online Application form
  • Step 2: Upload Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature, Thumb Impression and Self Declaration Form if applicable.
  • Step 3: Payment of Application Fee via Debit/Credit Card or e-challan
  • Step 4: Download the Confirmation Page and keep the same in safe custody.

Important Points

  • RAJUVAS Application Form cannot be withdrawn once it has been successfully submitted Online.
  • Only one Mobile Number and One Email Id are valid for one Application.
  • The fee will not be accepted by the VCI in any other mode i.e Demand Draft/Cheque/Cash/IPO/Money Order etc.
  • No request for Refund of fee once remitted by the candidate will be entertained by the VCI under any circumstances. 
  • There is a provision for Auto Refund of Duplicate/Excess Payment.

Candidates can pay the RAJUVAS Application Fee via two modes:

  • Mode 1: Online; Candidates can pay the Application Fee by Debit/Credit Card using Online Payment Gateway Facility.
  • Mode 2: Offline: Candidates can pay the Application Fee in the VCI Account in any of the branches of Vijaya Bank/State Bank of India.

RAJUVAS Result and Counselling

  • AIPVT Result 2017 is likely to be declared in the month of June/July 2017. AIPVT Result will be based on the AIPVT Answer keys released by VCI. 
  • AIPVT Answer Keys will be displayed on the AIPVT website prior to the declaration of the AIPVT result.

RAJUVAS Exam pattern

Duration of Exam: 3 hours

It will be an objective type examination consisting of 180 Multiple Choice Questions. The question paper would both be in English & Hindi Language. 

It will be a pen & paper based test and the candidate has to answer the questions on the OMR Sheet with a blue/black ball point pen. The candidate cannot change the answer once marked and the use of eraser or white/correction fluid is prohibited as the answer sheets are machine gradable. 

The RAJUVAS Exam Question paper pattern would be as follows

  • Each Question would be of 3 marks 
  • There would be negative marking and 1 mark would be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • No marks would be deducted for unanswered questions.

RAJUVAS 2017 Syllabus

RAJUVAS exam would be based on the syllabus of Class 11 & Class 12 or equivalent of Indian University/ State Board/ CBSE. The Council has not prescribed any separate syllabus for the RAJUVAS Exam.
