MHT CET Result 2018 - Maharashtra CET Result

MHT CET Result 2018 will be declared on or before 3 June 2018 by Directorate of Medical Education and Research for the exam that will be conducted on 10 May 2018 all throughout Maharashtra. The MHT CET Result and does not bear the rank of the candidate, however, the scores of the candidates will available on the scorecard. MHT CET Result will be declared for the following courses for admission to 1st-year-degree courses. The candidate who will appear in MHT CET 2018 will be able to check the marks obtained by them through MHT CET Result 2018. MHT CET 2018 is for admission to B.Tech, B.Pharm and Pharm D courses. MHT CET Result contains the roll number, name & marks scored by the candidates.

All India Candidature & Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidates may or may not appear for MHT CET 2018 as Score of JEE(Main) Paper I shall be preferred over MHTCET 2018 for admission to B.E./B.Tech.

MHT CET Result 2018 will be available at the Directorate of Medical Education and Research official website. The MHT CET Result consists of marks and percentage obtained by the candidate. Total 3,76,282 candidates appeared in MHT CET 2017, details are as follows: 

MHT CET Merit List 2018 on the basis of MHT CET Result

The Merit list is prepared by giving additional weightage (as per the supportive documents submitted) to the marks obtained by the student in MHT CET 2018. The State Merit list is prepared using the corrected marks:

• State Merit Number
• Regional Merit Number
Category wise Merit Number

Candidates will be able to download MHT CET 2018 mark sheet on or before June 1st week 2018 from the official website of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State.

MHT CET 2018 Tie Breakers of Result

In case two or more candidates getting equal corrected marks, in that case, the following priority standards will be used to decide the preferred candidate:

• Level 1: A candidate with higher total uncorrected marks in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics shall be preferred.  
• Level 2: A candidate having higher marks in Mathematics in MHT CET 2018 will be preferred.
• Level 3: A candidate having higher marks in Chemistry in MHT CET 2018 will be preferred.
• Level 4: The candidate having higher marks in class 12 will be given preference.
• Level 5: The candidate older in age will be preferred over the younger one.

Verification of Marks obtained in MHT CET Result 2018

If a candidate wants to get their Answer Sheet evaluation verified, the following procedure needs to be followed:

• An application needs to be submitted at any Divisional Authority, within four days of MHT CET Result declaration.
• The application should be in prescribed format along with a self-addressed unstamped envelope.
• A Fee of Rs. 1000 should be paid in the form of a bank draft of any scheduled commercial bank. The bank draft should be in favour of “Director of Medical Education & Research, Mumbai”, payable at Mumbai.
• The candidate will receive a photocopy of the Answer sheet and model answer key, after verification from the Competent Authority.

MHT CET Merit list - Based on MHT CET Result

Selection List of Candidates for B.Tech course will be released on this page. It will be the list of candidates who are selected after the counselling for the joining. Further admissions in the will be declared in due course.The selected candidates in the list have to directly report their respective college's dean/Academics with their original documents and fees.

• MHT CET 2018 Question Booklet of all versions of the exam will be made available on the official website.
• Provisional Answer key of each version was available on the official website from May 2nd week 2018.
• The OMR Answer sheet of all the candidates was made available and was available after login into MH CET Login Panel.

As per the Government Resolution, it is now necessary to collect the information from the candidates for additional weight age if any. After the process of collection of information related to the additional weight age, merit list numbers will be generated and the same will be available on the website in due course. The date of declaration of provisional merit list will be announced on this website. All the candidates are requested to download the mark sheet only after generation of merit list numbers.
