HSTES Seat Allotment Result Round 1 Declared

Candidates who have applied for HSTES 2018, can check the Seat Allotment Result online. Candidates are required to enter their Roll number and password to get their HSTES Round 1 Seat Allotment Result. If in case, a candidate has been allotted a seat in Round 1 result, then a provisional seat allotment letter will appear on the screen.

What if a candidate has been allotted Seats?

If in case, any candidate has been allotted seats then the provisional seat allotment letter will appear which will include the name of the branch and institute allotted, allotment status and reporting time. After getting their HSTES provisional seat allotment letter, candidates are required to take a print out of it and they must personally visit their allotted branch or institute as per the specified dates and time. Candidates must carry their one-semester fee and some important documents along with them.

NOTE: Candidates must deposit their fee in the allotted institute at their reporting time.

HSTES Seat Allotment Result 2018 - Document Required

After the declaration of HSTES counselling result (Round 1) candidates are required to carry the necessary documents, certificates, testimonials and one recent photograph along with them. Also, candidates must carry their provisional seat allotment letter along with them. Institute will first verify the documents online. If the institute finds the document valid, then the computer will generate two copies of the document i.e. one for the candidate and the other for Institute's record.
